The bright and cozy apartment is located in a large garden in the district of Taubach, idyllically located on the Ilm, 5 km from the city center in Weimar. A separate entrance leads to the kitchen-living room, a large living/sleeping room and the bathroom. A sliding door can be closed to the kitchen-living room. The garden can be fully used. Various seats invite you to relax. There are two beautiful bike paths to Weimar as well as an hourly bus connection.

The property is located in the heart of Erfurt. Located directly behind the town hall on the water. It is a very quiet but very central, high-quality furnished and renovated accommodation. It is only 200 m to the tram at the fish market. Everything your heart desires is in the immediate vicinity. The amenities are of high quality! A beautiful terrace completes the whole thing. The listed and traffic-calmed city center offers no or paid parking.

The apartment with a size of 40 square meters is located in a small village between Erfurt and Weimar. Both cities can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. It's also close to Arnstadt, Bad Berka, Gotha, Eisenach and Blankenhain. The apartment is located in an annex with separate access, a small terrace and a carport. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Privacy for a guest or a tour group of max. 2 people There is always an extra mobile stove, towels, shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, hair dryer, coffee, tea, etc. for guests. The tram stop (line 4) is only 1-2 minutes' walk from my apartment. Alternatively, you can walk to the main train station in 10 minutes and to the city center (Anger) in just 2-3 minutes.
