Condo holiday rentals in Tamarindo

This unit has the best views, possibly in the entire town? The condo is very efficient and everything is spotless. Shower, bed, fridge; all were phenomenal!! You will meet with a member of Tropical Homes for the key and a quick introduction to the area. Covered parking and a perfect concierge to assist with anything you may need. The view from the pool will be a memory I will never forget!!

Fantastic stay, the best complex in Tamarindo area by far! Very comfortable bedding also, which js not the standard in many places here! Highly recommend!

Jennifer was responsive before we got to Costa Rica and during. The instructions were clear, hence check-in was smooth. Our family, 4 adults and 2 kids, were comfortable and felt like the place was home away from home. Tamarindo was about 20 min walk away (with kids), so we can drop by whenever we want. The other beach that we visited (Playa Flamingo) was half an hour away. We thought that the home was central to areas we wanted to see.

What a wonderful stay at this location. We appreciated the warm welcome and clear instructions with the condo. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The beach club was an extra touch along with the small private pool walkable to condo. Our family really enjoyed the location as well since close to grocery store and wonderful Playa Flamingo!!

This was our first visit to Costa Rica. It was also our first destination out of five. We were looking for somewhere to relax and rest before we continued. Our place was perfect! Well stocked, clean, serene and beautiful. Our host, Sebastian, was really helpful. He found our friends, who had been a bit lost (no gps) and told us where to go for SIM cards. We swam in the pool And the ocean as well.

The resort and condo were beautiful! We loved it, slept like babies, and enjoyed everything about it! We did wish there were better restaurants in walking distance; Cocoloco was AWFUL! The food was disgusting and not even slightly good! But the resort was great, and the bartender, Kevin, made a great welcome drink! If you go, find Livid (Pronounced Laveed), a pizza place in a nearby town (Bracilito) with brick oven pizzas. Costa Rican food is not good; most restaurants we went to sucked, to be honest!

We loved it here! Within walking distance to the beach, shops and food. It was also great coming back and hanging by the pool. Mandy and Toh were friendly and communication was smooth.

Words can't describe how awesome Laura and Melissa are! Before we even our started our trip to Coasta Rica they both greeted us and explained instructions very clearly. Upon arrival, Laura promptly gave us a walk through on the property's amenities. Not one item within the property felt like it was unnecessarily placed, everything does its part to add to the beautiful esthetics of the home. If you're a coffee or tea in the morning I'll highly suggest have a cup in the morning and taking in the view from the balcony. From a comfort perspective, the a/c and hot water works great. Also, During our stay, Melissa helped organize a boat tour for us that was a blast. I could go on and on about the beauty of this place but I'll leave my review with this, if you ever find youself in the Playa del Coco area looking for a place to stay I highly recommend choosing this location as a way to supplement the memories you're going to make while visiting this beautiful country.

We loved our stay here! Diana’s home is lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed having all necessary items-including beach gear-and enjoyed the pool after our outings. Diana’s recommendations were fantastic and led us to several memorable sunsets and delicious meals. We would love to return. It’s a wonderful home base for exploring the north coast.

We had a great time in this clean and modern condo in a great location. There are nice touches like a very quiet air conditioner and everything is new. We especially loved walking across the street to Calla Luna for farm to table wonderful meals and memories. Walking to the beach was wonderful. We highly recommend staying here.

The villa was lovely and came with everything to make the stay easy — from beach chairs and beach towels to a fully stocked kitchen. It was easy to come and go, the walk to the Marriott was quick and easy, the pool was right outside, and the porch hammock was a perfect touch. Irina was very responsive and gave helpful suggestions.

Great location, our only wish is that the property would have an elevator. Everything about this condo was exactly as listed, great private beach to anyone that finds this place.

Very nice stay, the host is always friendly and attentive. It had everything we were looking for and a lot of comfort. We highly recommend it.

Awesome place to stay! Beautiful view! A short walk to the beach and some local shops - it is a steep hill, but there are stairs. Staff and other guests were extremely helpful and friendly. There was more than enough room for our family of four. When we needed assistance with an air conditioner, Floribeth was quick to respond, and had a repair person there in no time - problem fixed immediately. We were not planning on returning to Costa Rica, but after our stay, we fell in love with the area and people, and can't wait to return. Floribeth gave us precise directions, found it right away. You will not want to leave here. Thank you Floribeth!!

Not much to add beyond the countless rave reviews here. The restorative and serene view and location is obviously the best quality, but the condo itself is comfortable and offers all the comforts of home as well. We loved the empty beach, the sound of the surf, and the cackle of the tropical birds. If you want crowds and traffic jams, head to Tamarindo. If you yearn for quiet and a vintage Costan Rican experience, I recommend without hesitation.

Joe & Libby's place is a lovely retreat - close to everything in Tamarindo but feels very serene due to the layout of the property. It was nice to have a quiet spot with parking readily available and still be able to walk to the beach and all the action. Great hosts, super responsive and helpful and would 100% recommend staying here!

We loved this condo and the pool! :-) Owners are great and have made the unit super homey! We especially loved all the windows and light in the living room but really everything was perfect! The location is also really good. Short walk to Vindi supermarket (which you end up walking by every time to/from the beach) making it super convenient. Very near Dragonfly restaurant which was one of our favorites. The pool was very warm and cleaned very often by the on-site staff. The grounds were always perfect. Tammy was a great communicator and incredible resource in terms of Tamarindo activities and restaurants/live music. We would love to stay here again on our next visit! Thanks so much!!

This was our first trip to Costa Rica and feel like we hit the jackpot with the location and this condo! Booking was flawless, great communication with host prior to arriving (we had a lot of questions) and during our stay as well! Great spot! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!!

Stunning sunsets and spacious living is what we’ll remember from our fabulous stay! Syd was a friendly and responsive host always ready if we had a question. The beachfront location exceeded our expectations; it was quiet and incredibly scenic yet just a fun golf cart ride to Tamarindo. Also delicious restaurants within walking distance if you don’t want to rent golf carts. Our group of 6 adults LOVED our stay!!!

Excellent AirBnB. Views from the deck and pool are superb. The unit is super clean, quiet and safe. Beds are comfy, on the soft side which we like. Water pressure is low and variable, but that’s not unusual. Condo complex grounds are very well maintained. Beautiful and clean pool and friendly maintenance staff. The location is walking distance to both the marina and the beautiful Flamingo Beach. Finally, Ray is phenomenal. We’ve had lots of hosts and he is by far the best! He is extremely responsive and provides useful information and recommendations beyond the standard AirBnB. He clearly cares about his guests’ experience. We highly recommend his place and will definitely stay here if we return to the area. Thanks Ray!
