Less than a mile from the Peavy Arboretum gateway to McDonald Forest and an easy 15 minute drive to Corvallis and OSU, this stand-alone guest suite offers the peace of the outdoors with the close proximity of the city. With a studio style bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and off street parking, guests have the privacy and freedom to come and go as they please. Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep.Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.

Spacious Farm Garden Loft with View

This spacious 1000 Sq ft guest suite with private bath has flexible furnishings that can be set up to create a cozy movie/popcorn night or open up for morning yoga. Hiking trails leave from your door into an expansive park. We are an urban farm garden and have chickens and goats. Visit on Tuesday evenings (May - Oct) to enjoy a local farmers market on the property. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We respect diversity and inclusion. Even closer to the hospital, and a quick drive to Corvallis. This space is above our detached garage so you might see our little family around, but we will give you privacy.

Perfectly located between downtown and OSU this 1910 boarding house has been remodeled and converted into a cute 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment is great for a quick weekend trip to catch the game or a month long stay for work. From the full kitchen, cozy living room to comfortable bedroom it has everything you need to feel right at home in downtown Corvallis.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Close to town but far enough away to have your own space, come stay at this rustic little tiny home on half an acre. We live in the main house so we are nearby if you have any questions or need recommendations, otherwise enjoy the space to yourself.
