We can’t recommend Clum House enough. My wife and I had the most peaceful, restorative getaway here. We felt right at home and the location is ideal for exploring so many of our favorite spots throughout the Catskills and Hudson Valley, yet it still feels tucked away and serene. We left feeling recharged and already dreaming about our next visit.

Amazing way to kick off the summer season with a stay at Martina’s beautiful cottage! The decor is lovely, everything was clean and uncluttered but warm and welcoming. The view of the gorgeous meadow, river and the Catskill mountains in the distance cannot be beat. Sitting on the deck enjoying the birds, butterflies, bunnies and lightening bugs was incredibly relaxing. The location is great for exploring the nearby towns of Tivoli, Red Hook and Germantown. You can also explore a bit further to Bash Bish Falls and the Harlem Valley Rail trail. The soaking tub and waterfall shower are also wonderful amenities to come home to after an active day exploring all the area has to offer. Martina is an excellent host who is easy to communicate with and she is very responsive to any inquiries. I highly recommend this location!

Cute accommodations in an idyllic spot. The airbnb is small but well set up so that it doesn't feel cramped. It has a number of other occupied structures surrounding it, but also lovely woods, rocky outcroppings, and the stream. Martine and her family (and pooch) were very friendly. Really enjoyed being such a short walk to the shops and eats of Woodstock, and so all the rest of the Catskills in driving distances.

We spent the weekend in the area and Tim’s place was fantastic. It’s loaded with charm, comfortable and very well appointed and stocked (right down to treats for the dog). The location is beautiful and the views are amazing. Can’t wait to return!

My boyfriend and I took a weekend trip to Catskill four our anniversary. Margaret’s place was PERFECT. The house itself was so charming and provided the perfect location for a cozy weekend getaway. The area was very walkable, and have lots of shops and restaurants. Margaret was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions right away. She also provided a great list of recommended activities, restaurants, and breweries. We definitely plan on visiting again soon to finish off the list. Thanks again for a memorable experience!

Had a great stay at this Airbnb—peaceful and scenic with an incredible waterfall right on the property. My dog had a blast exploring the trails and walking along the stream (I even braved a few cold dips myself!). Not much nearby, so it was a nice change of pace to cook and unwind—just be sure to check for ticks after those hikes!

We had a wonderful stay at the barn! It is beautifully decorated and the views are well worth it. Easy check in and responsive host who provided local recommendations. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay while celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday! Michael’s house was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. The location was perfect — peaceful and quiet. It was conveniently located between Phoenicia and Hunter/Tannersville, which made it easy to get out for hikes and explore the area with our kids. The hot tub was a huge highlight and got lots of use. And we loved the views from the second floor deck! It was also such a bonus that the house was dog-friendly — we loved being able to bring our pup along for the trip! The only thing we missed was a high chair, which would’ve been helpful with our toddler — but otherwise, the house was really well-stocked and family-friendly! Michael was a great host — responsive, helpful, and made the whole process really smooth. We’d definitely love to come back again!

The cottage is lovely, clean, and immaculately decorated. Great taste. We enjoyed the pool, which was perfect for our four year old given how shallow half of it was, and how the temperature was perfect, even on days when it wasn’t too hot outside. We hadn’t realize that the kitchen didn’t include an oven or microwave—but even so, we had a great time and enjoyed the fire pit! WiFi was a bit spotty but the hosts went above and beyond to try to help. Highly recommend!

I spent a week at Fouz and Chris's place with my family (8 adults, a toddler and two dogs) and we had very relaxing, enjoyable, comfortable stay. The house is in a quiet, private area and a short distance from places of interest for hikes, restaurants, museums, historical sites, etc. We received great recommendations from the hosts.

The teahouse and surroundings were relaxing and peaceful. We saw groundhogs, deer, and chipmunks from the porch and our 2 dogs loved exploring the field and wandering in the nearby woods. The pool was amazing and warm despite the rain and the natural landscaping couldn’t have been more beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The house was spotless, cozy, and located in a great area. The host went above and beyond — always in touch, helpful, and kind. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Would absolutely stay here again!

We used Caitlin’s cabin for our annual family get away with all the kids and it was PERFECT! Pool was amazing , great space and very private for the kids to run and play. Hiking trails with in walking distance. I can’t recommend this place enough and the hosts were fantastic and super helpful!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

Great location on top of the mountain overlooking wilderness, the place was amazing. Nearby local towns and hikes, me and my fiancé had an amazing time with our dogs.

Stayed for a weekend with my fiancé and dog. The studio was clean and spacious and included everything you might need. The property was beautiful, scenic and tranquil - and the pool was a definite highlight! The location was ideal as the town of Woodstock is just a quick drive away, which created a perfect balance of privacy and convenience. Definitely recommend and would love to return again.

We had the most relaxing few days at Liza’s place. The cabin was gorgeous and peaceful. Our daughters enjoyed watching the deer, bunnies and chipmunks. We also loved the giant soaker tub! We’ll be back!

The church is such a beautiful spot, we saw several deer grazing right outside and enjoyed visiting the nearby towns. The space was very comfortable, especially the bed. Would highly recommend for a unique and charming experience.

Such a cute spot! We only spent one night but could have spent many more. The home itself is adorable and had lots of thoughtful touches. The beds were super comfy! They had some board games we ended up playing late into the night. Highly recommended!

This place is absolutely stunning! The home is a gorgeous blend of rustic wood and natural light — so cozy, peaceful, and beautifully designed. Jeff and Sharon went above and beyond with their attention to detail, from thoughtful communication to surprise touches like trail snacks and wine. The running creek behind the house was truly the heart of the experience. My friend and I started each morning with coffee by the water — and one morning, we even saw a bear!!! I couldn't believe it. Total magic! We explored nearby waterfalls, soaked up the beauty of the surrounding nature, and felt so deeply nourished by our time here. It was the most perfect getaway and I can't recommend it enough. Thank you Jeff & Sharon — we hope to return soon!

When I decided in February to take three weeks away from my home city to spend time in the mountains, I wasn't sure I'd come a place that ticked all the boxes: would let me bring my dog, was on top of hiking by not terrifically far from essential businesses, was within a 4-5 hour drive from home, had the comforts I knew I needed and-- would also let me bring my cat? What did I find? This total gem of a cabin. My animals and I were able to make ourselves comfortable, the views of the lush trees were instantly calming, the bed was super comfortable, and somehow even though it felt like the middle of no where, was a 30 min drive from so many beautiful villages, trailheads, and other Catskills goodness. Mark was super on top of communications, helped me out when I needed it, and made sure I had what we needed. Highly recommend a stay here-- can't beat the charm and being truly surrounded by stunning nature.

5 stars all around! This house is super cozy, clean and well kept. Perfect for the two of us and our dog. Loved the giant front yard and mountain view that was visible from inside the house too! The covered deck was really great for both working outdoors and relaxing. The wood-burning pizza oven is a cute touch, we had fun making our own pizzas. Kitchen was well stocked for us to cook in as well. Location was nice and private but still a close enough drive away from grocery/hiking/restaurants. The hosts were accommodating with early check-in, communicative and had lots of recs in their guidebooks. Would highly recommend this home!
