Holiday rentals with a pool in Tanzania

Zannas place was amazing! The grounds are well maintained, clean and absolutely beautiful, you’ll feel like you’re staying at your own private resort. Each guest in my group truly enjoyed themselves. The layout of the property allows for privacy and an interactive atmosphere at the same time. Zanna’s staff and brother were very helpful with helping my group get around. Whether it was directing us to the market for groceries, ATMs, ordering Bolts, the closest hookah bar or even where to get late night pizza after an outing, we were safe and in good hands. I would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you’re looking to immerse yourself in the local culture but have a sense of a getaway at the same time. 10/10, we all agreed that we’ll be back during our next trip to Dar es Salaam. Edwin the site manager was the best person we met since arriving to Zanzibar. A true gentleman and extremely genuine which can be hard at times to find when traveling. He felt like a friend and was the best host we have had through Airbnb. Would book again!

Our stay at the villa was perfect, we enjoyed all the peace and quiet that the villa offers. Everything you need is within walking distance (beach, restaurants, bar, etc.), where you are greeted warmly by the locals every time, as if you have been living there for years. This is a little gem, hidden in a local area. Highly recommended.

Mein Aufenthalt war einfach großartig! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und genauso schön wie auf den Fotos – man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Emmanuel und Kamada, die Gastgeberin und unser Liebling Massai. Sie waren unglaublich freundlich, zuverlässig und immer erreichbar, wenn ich Fragen hatte. Ihre herzliche Art hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Ich kann ihre Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Judith was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Her assistant, Neema, was gracious and available for any request we had. The house is beautiful and the grounds are even more incredible with the covered porch and pool area, large yard with the sounds of a nearby river. The kitchen is well stocked. The master bedroom has a nice deck. It is a little ways out of Arusha but is gated and very quiet and private. The photos are great but don't do justice for how nice this place really is when you are walking around the grounds.

Our group really enjoyed the stay! The home was beautifully nested in nature, yet quite close to Stone Town for exploration. The staff were extremely attentive, helpful, and kind. Would recommend for future travelers!

The property was spotless and Juli went above and beyond by leaving some food and drink for us in the fridge which was a very generous gesture. Lovely gated property with security guards available 24/7 so safety was never an issue. Also housekeeping was available upon request which was very handy. Highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Jambiani/Paje.

Absolutely loved our stay here, the home was exactly like the photos if not better, we were welcomed with them most helpful, hands on, amazing staff. The location as well was perfect right on the beach and close to everywhere in Jambiani, would recommend this place if you are planning to come to Zanzibar !!

Fumba Town is a very nice place to stay: close to the beach and not far from Stone Town and the airport. The apartment is very neat and with tasteful furniture and good facilities like a washing machine and vacuum cleaner. An umbrella came in handy too :-) because it was the rainy season. Kwetu kwenu beach club is nearby and chill with amazing sunset views. Highly recommended, the apartment and the town.

I can't say enough great things about this place, and if we're ever lucky enough to return to Paje we will absolutely stay here again! The place is an apartment in what is really more like a gated community but it's also super close to everything so it's the best of the both worlds - We loved having the pool, communal working space, cafe, parking for our rented scooter, and laundry available and felt super safe because of the security. It was also really nice having a real space to make our own for the week, with a living room + tv, kitchen, and extra bedroom. The beach is a short walk away and there are tons of restaurants on the main the street that are actually better and cheaper then the beach restaurants. If you're only in Paje for a night or two and want to stay steps away from the beach or be right in the middle of the party scene, this might not be the place for you, but we saw a friends room at one of the beach clubs/hotels and were so happy we were staying here instead :)

Nanyorri's place is a favorite of ours. Very clean and has everything you need. The host is always friendly and very proactive at responding quickly. Would certainly recommend this airbnb.

The stay at Mars place was excellent. The place looked exactly like the images. It was very clean as well which I liked. Mars was a very responsive and helpful host and would highly recommend this place. It is a bit of a distance to get to stone town but if you are in no rush theres several available taxis and tuk tuks you can hire. Thanks Mars.
