Relax in this cozy and beautifully decorated place. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is suitable for two people. This studio apartment has everything you need for your vacation. It is located in the center of the city ,but on a side street. It is very peaceful and quiet, yet three steps away from the shops, the market , the bakery. The beach ,harbor, and restaurants are also close by. Everything is within walking distance, so you don't need a vehicle at all. You can park your vehicle in a private parking lot inside an enclosed yard.

It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. Mario has been incredibly helpful, taking care of even the smallest details. Thank you for having us!

Everything was great! This house is located in a very remote place. Almost nobody could disturb you here, only birds. There are many trees and plants around. Additionally, I would like to highlight nice running rotes nearby. The only problem is the restaurants around. Although they are located ~2 km away, the extremely loud music from them at night can be very annoying

Great structure as well as the finishes and the beautiful pool that dominates the inner courtyard part. The area for grilling and eating outdoors was also very much appreciated by all guests. Claudia’s place is a perfect place for exploring Istra’s gem little towns and countryside. We thoroughly enjoyed peaceful setting within fields and lavender flowers. Studio apartment is perfect for travellers with ample parking and amenities you would need in the kitchen. Bed is comfy and bathroom is clean, a/c works great. Claudia is very responsive and communication is easy. I definitely recommend Claudia’s place and would happily return for the next trip to beautiful Istra!
