Nice, small basement apartment (30 sqm) in a large house from 2018 in a quiet residential neighborhood. Walking distance to Amager beach and metro and 15 minutes by bike to Copenhagen city center. Enjoy a getaway for two adults, possibly plus an extra person. Mattress can be borrowed. The apartment is part of our house, but with its own entrance. We will therefore possibly be home to welcome you and ensure a pleasant stay. The apartment has everything you need; refrigerator, service, oven, microwave, etc. Access to laundry room by appointment.

On a blind side street between Holmbladsgade and Prags Boulevard, this unique apartment is located in the unique factory building Factory House. Here you get the feeling of your own private townhouse, as the apartment has its own entrance that leads you to the apartment's own courtyard and two terraces. On the ground floor is a small bedroom, bathroom and office. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom. The apartment will be your own little oasis in the middle of the city right by the Amagerbro Metro and cycling distance to the beach.

Here we are very concerned about cleaning. Cozy one-room annex of about 20 sqm. Two double beds, they can be made into two sofas. Small cozy sofa. TV. Smaller kitchen for simple cooking. Mini oven, microwave, kettle, fridge and kitchen utensils. Duvets and pillows with bed linen. Bathroom and smaller hallway for clothes and shoes. There's a romantic hot tub outside. The house is right by bus 35 to the airport. It is only five minutes from the idyllic fishing village with old yellow houses and harbor. Nice beach and swimming area.
