240m2 villa located in the quiet neighborhood close to the beach and Copenhagen city center. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room and bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 rooms with beds. Our garden is private with trampoline and swing stand where you can enjoy the bright summer evenings on the terraces. Our cat Eevee is watching the rent - she has a cat flap and needs food in the morning and evening. Car parking is free (remember to ask for guest parking). Walk to the beach in 10 minutes, the metro or bike into Copenhagen in 10 minutes.

We rent out our lovely house, which is located a saliva from the water (the blue bathing bridge) and close to the old town and the harbor. Short bus ride to the airport, from where there is metro to Copenhagen. 3 rooms with double bed, 1 room with 1 single bed + space for extra bed. Large kitchen/living room with access to the garden with gas grill, football goal, and garden furniture. Large TV room on the 1st floor. 2 bathrooms and walk in closet. It is part of the experience to take care of our sweet cat Carla, why dog can not be brought.

Our lovely house is close to Dragør Gamle By & Havn and on Søbadet. The bus stop to Bus 35 and 5C is right outside the door, so you are well connected to both airport and Copenhagen, which is 25 minutes away by car and 45 minutes by public transport. We are 2 adults and 2 children, so here is a double bed, a bed that can be folded out to a double bed and a junior bed. It is possible to set up a travel bed for babies and small children. The house is completely renovated, bright and delicious with easy access to sunny terrace and garden

BEAUTIFUL VILLA WITH SAUNA

Come and relax in our beautiful house with lush garden and wood-fired sauna. If you have children with you, there is also a playhouse, tree house and trampoline. Enjoy the garden in all kinds of weather in the beautiful glass conservatory, grill on the terrace and end the day with a trip to the sauna. Get fresh eggs for breakfast from our 5 sweet hens and buy breakfast at the local bakery, 2 minutes walk from the house. The house is close to a nature area and a short drive from Copenhagen and Kastrup/Amager Strandpark.

The villa is placed in an area with no trafic, 500 m to the Metro and only 5 km from Copenhagen Airport. Amager Beach Parx 6 km beaches is only 500 m away. The garden has several terasses, gas grill and an open fireplace for cosy evenings. Terasses will most likely be renovated in june.
