159 sqm large spirits new nice, modern architect-designed house in a villa neighborhood - Super close to the center of Copenhagen but without the noise. The house is very unique with a large courtyard environment (atrium of 32 square meters) in the middle of the house for which there is a look from many of the rooms of the house. All details have been cared for throughout the house - Both exterior and interior, and some courageous and different choices have been made in connection with the construction of the house in 2018. Cozy villa centrally located in Dragør. The villa is located close to both water, city, public transport, Copenhagen Airport and Copenhagen city center. The heart of the villa, which is the kitchen-dining room, is newly renovated and with a direct exit and view to the spacious garden of the house. The villa sleeps 4 in two rooms (see photos of daybed). It is possible to bring mattresses for the last room of the house or tent for the garden. The house has a large terrace overlooking our garden, where children can enjoy themself with possibilities of playing tabletennis, soccer or other available garden games.
