In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have - on the 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have three rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, friendly furnishings. At the entrance of the Ötztal valley, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 min) and car (parking at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region has to offer. The farm shop, bakery and butcher are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

Friendly, bright, quiet studio apartment with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover in transit. The ski resorts of Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and Area47 are also close by. The property is located directly on the Inntal cycle path. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, 25 minutes by car. The train station is a 10-minute walk from the property, by train Innsbruck is approx. 35 minutes away.

The apartment is in a passive house with controlled living space ventilation. Infrared heating provides comfortable warmth. This apartment in a village with climbing, hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing facilities offers the perfect vacation/home office for couples of all ages and families.

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

The first room, the kitchen-living room consists of a kitchen block with dishwasher, stove, fridge/freezer combination and a coffee maker. There is also a dining table, sofa bed and flat-screen TV. "Griaß Enk" and welcome to the apartment "Fjella" Upon arrival, you will find your own parking space, from which you can access your apartment via a cozy terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains and meadows. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. In the living room, there is a sofa bed. In the double bedroom with a wardrobe, you can look forward to restful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

Enjoy your holidays at the entrance to the Ötztal in our cozy apartment. The apartment is spacious and has space for up to five persons. Moreover, it is very centrally located. For example you can reach the Area47 in only a few minutes. In addition, all important local suppliers are within walking distance of the apartment. The apartment is full featured, so that a carefree holiday with the whole family is guaranteed.

Tyrolean cottage with lovingly renovated apartment. Beautiful view over the Gurgltal into the mountains. Quiet and unspoiled location right on the edge of the field. Private, open outdoor fireplace for romantic evenings. Hiking from the house, climbing areas within walking distance, lakes, diving area, golf, etc. in approx. 15 min., ski resorts in about 25 min. by car. Cross-country ski trail in front of the house.

Our Alpenblume has a large living room with fully equipped kitchen. The dining area can accommodate 6 people. Right next to the dining area is access to the terrace with comfortable lounge furniture. There is also a double bedroom with TV for 2 people and a living room with a pull-out couch for another 2 people. Free Wi-Fi and plenty of parking spaces are provided. A lockable storage room is also included.
