Barn accommodation in Tasmania

This is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in on our annual derby trip. Good bike storage, wash down area and plenty of space.

Serene environment, perfect for two couples or a family.

Angela and Clive’s place was absolutely beautiful—spacious, peaceful, and the perfect relaxing getaway. It’s easily the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The property has a rich sense of history, and we felt lucky to experience it firsthand. One of the true highlights was the garden—it was stunning, and we enjoyed picking and eating fresh apples right from the trees. It really added a magical touch to our stay. Angela and Clive were wonderful hosts: warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind people. They took the time to show us around their amazing garden, which made us feel even more at home. If you’re looking for a nature-filled retreat with plenty of space—especially when traveling with family—this is the place. We can’t recommend it enough.

Isabeau's barn was absolutely heavenly to stay in. Rustic luxury at its finest! The decor was a feast for the eyes! Warm, inviting and immaculately presented it was one of the nicest air bnb experiences I've ever had. The kitchen was well stocked with yummy cereals, fresh bread, real coffee and all the essentials needed and more. Thank you Isabeau for your warm hospitality.

Bianca’s place was even better than the photos — beautifully set up, cozy, and full of charm. One of the highlights was being able to see cows just outside the house — such a lovely and peaceful touch! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

A great lodging for the young children to experience farm stay and Angela was so kind to prepare some bread, jam and eggs from her farm. Although there were some minor hiccups, Angela tried her best to assist us by fixing these issues. She was also very kind to walk us around her beautiful farm and my boys simply loved her farm animals so much🥰 thank you, Angela!

We loved our stay at the charming little lazy prospector! It provided a warm, cozy home base to explore the wonders of the west coast of Tasmania! Melissa was great in communicating and check-in was a breeze! We would recommend it to anyone!!

Absolutely beautiful! Amazing outdoor spa, looking onto the mountain, beautiful and warm on checkin. Perfect, peaceful, some of the best Tasmania has to offer. 👏👏

We loved our stay - as 2 great cafes close by (westside laundromat and pigeon hole) and lovely walking up and down hills to visit Hill Street Grocer for provisions. The stone barn was lovely. Away from tourists but still walkable to everything. Really appreciate the well stocked pantry Eve and Frank left for us - bread, butter, fresh strawberries, coffee, milk, jam, yoghurt, even a lovely muesli was all left for us. Made the stay so comfortable. The sunrise in the morning from the shower window is spectacular!
