Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Tasmania

Our extended family spent 2 nights at Nell's house while in Launceston. There was plenty of room for all 14 of us, across 3 generations. We enjoyed catching the sunrise, and being able to cook up dinner for the entire family in the kitchen and using the grill. It was also a plus that the Trevallyn Nature Recreation Area was just up the road, so some of us got a chance to go on a hike/trail run.

The place was fabulous. Nell was always quick to answer any question we had. I sent my 18 year old daughter there with friends and it was no issue for Nell. The hot tub was ready when they arrived with 38C and they spend quite some time in there! Would definitely come back.

Tom and Cate’s place was amazing! One of the best places we have stayed! They had lots of thoughtful touches especially for the kids. They went above and beyond our expectations. Communication was great, the house was amazing and the beds were super comfortable. The kids loved their little surprises and we loved staying there. Thank you so much for having us and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Hobart.

This was our second year for a fishing trip with the lads and our wives. Four couples shared and still extra room! Everything you need to make a feast in the modern kitchen. Very peaceful and well maintained. Fireplace works a treat. Beds and linens were comfortable and having four bathrooms and the extra laundry toilet makes the place worthwhile.

We absolutely loved staying at this house as it felt so warm, inviting and homely! The afternoon sun in the living area was just divine and I could of stayed there all afternoon just relaxing. We could honestly not fault this property at all, and we will definitely be booking again for our next Hobart stay! Natalie is a fantastic host who was flexible with our check in needs, and was very responsive to messages.

We had a fantastic stay at James’s Airbnb! The place is thoughtfully designed, beautifully decorated, and absolutely spotless—it felt brand new. James was an excellent host with great communication, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay!

Esperance Landing Luxury Retreat was a fantastic stay, a luxury private retreat on the water with fantastic views and close to local towns and national parks. Tina was proactive in her communication, access was simple and the place was beautifully prepared with the heating on and the outdoor spa hot and ready to go.

Lei, was waiting for us even we arriving around 8.40pm, she showed us our room and she was super helpful. The house was clean and super comfortable.

This place offers amazing views and a private bedroom. We had an amazing time here. Due to the language barriers, you don't get to talk with the host, but as an introvert, I did not mind that. The heater in the room kept the room cozy and well-heated in the Tassie winter.

The location took my breathe away. Truly beautiful with the whole house orientated to take advantage of the stunning views. Wished we could have stayed longer.

What a beautiful place in the most stunning setting. No detail has been spared - everything is so beautifully thought through and considered. It was pristinely clean and had everything you could possibly need. The hot tub was a wonderful addition after a long day of exploring! We would recommend to anyone. Sarah was a perfect host and super communicative. We’d love to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Misha’s place in Adventure Bay. The accommodation was just as spectacular as we expected, but it was the thoughtful extras that really stood out. Misha was both proactive and readily available when needed. We would highly recommend this stay to others.

What a beautiful place to stay. Love the stone cottage, so peaceful with everything you could need. So much wildlife right at the back door but best part was sitting on the back deck quietly watching the white wallabies each night. The double spa was relaxing and the cottage was a great location - close to the beach and attractions. Liz was a fantastic host and very responsive to any questions we had. She provided lots of prior advice about what to do and see which was very helpful in planning our first trip to Bruny. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay so much! The sauna has a clear glass top and it was an absolute highlight! Such a smart way to integrate the experience with the outdoors. The outdoor shower/tub is also great, gets super cold and super hot, so perfect for a cold plunge post sauna or a hot soak. I loved how the shells on the ground outside create such a lovely sensory experience when we're walking to the front door. Nicholas was friendly and responsive, the place was clean, super cosy, quiet and very peaceful. We felt right at home. We loved the plants, the fireplace and the awesome sound system too! It's not super central, a 15-20 minute cab ride to get to the city restaurants, Salamanca markets, etc, but we thought that was a small compromise to stay at such a perfect place for us. Such a peaceful and relaxing place to end our Tassie trip. Gorgeous little cottage in a beautiful area. Thanks so much to Karen for being so friendly and making us feel at home. The kids really enjoyed picking your yummy fresh fruit with you and playing frisbee and finska on the lawn. Definitely recommend!

This cabin was so lovely & new but with gorgeous country side surroundings. It can get really cold inside but the fireplace was amazing & kept the cabin warm most of the night! It's about 30 minutes drive to Hobart city where we had most of our outings but we are used to driving places at home & it's worth it for the peaceful surroundings to come back to. Very clean place & comfortable bed linen/pillows

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! Everything worked well and felt quality which was lovely made us feel at home. The spa and the view of the stars at night was magical and our kids adored the sheep nextdoor. We hope to come back one day!
