Beautiful boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

Liv Berit's Yellow House

Welcome to a small yellow house on Tau. The house is located 100m from the bus stop with a short travel distance to Jørpeland (25min) and Stavanger (40min). There is a short walk to Tau Center (15 min), grocery store and the lake. Check-in: after 3 PM Check-out: By 11:00 am Before you leave, we ask you to: Take out the trash and throw it in the trash cans outside. Leave used towels in the bathroom. Place used bed linen next to the bed. We want you to clean and wash before you check out. We can do the cleaning for an extra fee (NOK 700)

Guests have access to their own terrace and a part of the garden (nature garden, with some slopes). Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Short distance to Jørpeland city center (10 minutes walk, 5 minutes drive) with all necessary stores available.
