Welcome to the Duplex - l'Escale Saint-Didier! We are delighted to welcome you to the heart of the historic center of Avignon, in this large 130 m² apartment which also benefits from a small veranda overlooking the interior courtyard. Recently renovated for greater comfort, it is located on the 1st floor and on the ground floor (access to the ground floor via the 1st floor). Ideal for visiting Avignon, you will be located less than a 10-minute walk from the Palais des Papes, the Pont d'Avignon and the central train station.

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

The Mas includes a very quiet air-conditioned 2-room apartment in the middle of the vineyards, not overlooked. 5 minutes from the A9 motorway, this independent 2/3 room apartment with equipped kitchen, large double bed (140cm) and 2-seater sofa bed (160cm) with mattress (19cm). If booked for 5 people, we open an additional connecting room with 1 bed for 1 person in 120 cm. This third room can also be booked for 3 or 4 people by indicating a reservation for 5 people.

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
