Cottage holiday rentals in Tavira

We decided for Monte da Eirinha because we wanted to relax, read, cook our own dinner for 2 days, swim in the pool and do some laundry. We did not explore the surroundings as it is very hot during the day in this area in August (Airco in the room though). It does cool down in the evening and if you rise early you could do something in the morning. We did not see Ricardo but there was a very nice English lady that helped us.

Si quieres tener tú propia finca con piscina, jacuzzi y mini casita muy bonita con todo lo necesario a 20 minutos de una playa preciosa y 7 minutos desde Loule este es tu sitio. Stefano un anfitrión super atento, super simpático y preocupado por nuestra privacidad totalmente. A nosotros nos ayudó con un problema que tuvimos con el coche, nos acercó al pueblo y nos dejó herramientas. Recomiendo mucho este sitio.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem sehr schönen Haus! Sehr ruhig gelegen zwischen den Orangenbäuen, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, einfach schön. Der Whirlpool gleich nebenan ein sehr schönes Extra, gerade an etwas abkühlenden Herbsttagen. Die Kommunikation mit Ana absolut reibungslos, unkompliziert und spontan, vielen Dank!

Quelle belle découverte ! Petite maison authentique parfaitement équipée décorée avec soin et nichée dans un champ de citronnier. Un petit coin de paradis à moins de 5 minutes en voiture de la mer. Un grand merci à Pilar pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

La casa está en un campo de naranjas por el que se puede pasear y admirar las plantas, es fácil de encontrar y muy cerca de la playa. La casa es muy acogedora y tranquila para descansar con todo lo necesario y más. La anfitriona María fue muy amable con nosotros, nos gustaría volver.

Wir waren 10 Tage im April im Haus. Check-in und Ausstattung hat genau unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Mega toll war die Dachterrasse welche gut Morgensonne hat und Blick über die Rio Farmoso bietet. Die Siedlung ist (im April) ruhig, die Rezeption gut besetzt und die anderen Angebote offen (Pool, Restaurants). Mit der kleinen Bahne (gratis wenn man hier wohnt) gelangt man in kurzer Zeit zum Strand Barril, welches sehr gross ist und auch kleine Läden und Restaurants bietet. Die Zimmer und die Badezimmer waren super, auch für uns zu fünft inkl. einem 3-jährigen Kind. Wie leider so oft in den Wohnungen, war die Küche nicht tadellos sauber, vor allem das Besteck und das Geschirr nicht. Das lässt sich sicher verbessern und ist auch nicht schlimm. In kühlen Abenden haben wir punktuell mit den Klimageräten etwas heizen müssen, das geht problemlos. Die Lage ist wirklich toll mit der Terrasse, dem grossen Rasen und der Dachterrasse. Auch die Nähe zu Tavira (4km) wo alles zu finden ist.

La casa de Thobias es amplia y luminosa. Fuimos en una época de mucho calor y gracias al aire acondicionado pudimos dormir sin problema. Es una de las casas mejor equipadas que he visto nunca, no faltaba de nada, perfecta para cortas o largas estancias. En el entorno no hay mucho que hacer y se necesita coche para ir a todos lados. Thobias está atento y dispuesto a ofrecer cualquier recomendación. Han sido unas vacaciones muy relajantes, no tendría problema en repetir.

Amazing house, amazing location and we had an amazing stay. Kitchen is a dream and the bedroom next to the pool is just perfect. We are coming back. Thanks very much to Ana and John that welcomed us like being family.

Wow! I am sat here back at work wondering why i hadn't stayed for longer than a weekend!? The perfect few days, surrounded by animals, dogs, cats, pigs and horses, stunning views and the loveliest family and new friends! My friend and I booked this stay purposely for the horse riding and we really had the best time, we rode every day we were there and made some solid core memories. The horses are all so well looked after and the riding through the valley is stunning. Thankyou so so much Zoe, Martin and family for welcoming us in to your beautiful home and making us feel so welcome. I am already trying to figure out when i can come back :) Few things to note - I would say you need a car as there isn't anything within walking distance, the property doesn't lock but you are staying within the family's home so everything is super safe. If you dont like animals this isn't the place for you, there is a massive pool, a beautiful view and it really is just the perfect place to recharge.

I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The space was peaceful, comfortable, and full of charm – the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, and you can really feel the care that’s gone into creating such a welcoming environment. One of the unexpected highlights was getting to meet their three lovely dogs – Nuts, Thelma, and Louise. Each of them has such a sweet personality, and they added so much warmth and character to our stay. Thank you for the incredible hospitality – I hope to return again soon!

Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung mit zwei Balkonen. Der Pool ist sauber und großzügig, die Liegen und Sonnenschirme laden zum relaxen und chillen ein. Es gibt sogar ein Toilettenhäuschen. Das Apartment liegt nur einen Sekundensprung entfernt, sodass man jederzeit Getränke oder Verköstigungen aus der Küche und dem Kühlschrank holen kann. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Kombination ideal zum Entspannen für Familien mit und ohne Kinder. Am Pool und auf dem Grundstück der Vermieter ist es schön grün und blumig. Benafim liegt zwar im Hinterland, für Urlauber mit Mietwagen sind die Fahrten aber eine angenehme Abwechslung zu den verschiedenen Ausflugszielen in der Algarve. Für uns, die wir gern auch auf Teneriffa mit dem Auto erkunden, vergleichbar gut gelegen. Den Trubel in Albufeira kann man in 30 min gut erfahren. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder.

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf bij Karin. Het huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien, wel een beetje gehorig alleen. Het zwembad is heerlijk En erg goed onderhouden. Heerlijk om daar te chillen. Karin en haar familie zijn erg gastvrij en je voelt je er hartstikke welkom. Ik vermoed dat wij nog wel terug gaan komen. Bedankt Karin en familie!

Pedro is a great host! Nice ‘warm’ welcome with a filled fridge. He has created a really nice little paradise. If you are outside the gate you will not expect how nice and beautiful it is inside. The house has everything you need, the kitchen might be a little small, but when cooking at home we used the outside kitchen with BBQ/ grill for the catch of the day from the market in Fuseta. We stayed with our 3 kids and our vacation was great. His paradise is a great escape after a day at the sea/beach. The pool is nice, the garden including fresh fruits (figs, plums, oranges) is a relaxing spot. As mentioned Pedro is a great host, he makes sure you will have a great stay. He makes suggestions and reservations for restaurants, called us on the beach if that bag of laundry should be washed? Although Pedro and his family are staying on the same location (no worries have your own little house) the really respect your privacy. Pictures do not reflect the reality but maybe good that this hidden spot will stay a bit hidden… Thx again Pedro and I’m sure will see you soon!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad met 6 volwassenen en 3 jonge kinderen. Daniël en Justine zijn erg aardig, het contact verliep soepel en snel. Het huis is heel schoon en ruimer dan op de foto's. Met de pingpongtafel, voetbaltafel en dart is er ook in de avond genoeg te doen. Met een huurauto rijd je binnen korte tijd naar leuke stadjes in de buurt. Wij raden deze villa zeker aan!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung. João und Sabine sind super freundliche Gastgeber und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Die weitere Kommunikation über eine Gruppe fanden wir sehr gut, die beiden waren immer erreichbar und haben Tipps für die Region gegeben :) Gerne wieder!

This was without a doubt one of the nicest Air Bnbs we've seen! Maria and Joanna created a paradise with beautiful plants and fabulous living areas. We had such a great time there and already thinking about when to come Back.

Espaço espectacular no campo, com piscina, relvado, árvores, só se ouvem os passarinhos. A casa muito limpa, funcional, bem decorada, foram umas férias maravilhosas!

Si vous voulez un oasis de tranquillité et de bien être n'hésitez pas une seconde! le cottage est charmant, très accueillant et agréable. Les photos de la piscine ne reflètent pas la réalité, elle est encore mieux! Nuno est un hôte très agréable, discret mais toujours la en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé deux semaines idylliques! L'environnement est magnifique et proche de toutes les commodités. Encore un grand merci a Nuno !
