Holiday rentals with a patio in Tavira

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Rosa with our family of four. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect; within walking distance of many sights, yet also easily accessible by car. The host, Emily, was incredibly helpful and flexible. She always responded quickly and went out of her way to think along with us, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The building itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the swimming pool was a real highlight for us and the kids. Overall, the price-quality ratio is excellent. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Wir hatten als dreiköpfige Familie eine sehr schöne Woche in Casa Regina, Wohnung 2. Wir konnten auf der großen Terrasse angenehm sitzen. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Pool und Garten konnten wir schön nutzen. Waschmaschine super. Andrew und seine Mutter Lurdes waren sehr reaktionsschnell und kommunikativ. Bei Problemen mit der Dusche wurde schnell reagiert und es gab als kleine Entschädigung Kekse und Wein. Bei der Buchung weist Andrew auch darauf hin, dass es eine ruhige Wohneinheit ist. Es ist tatsächlich wichtig, dies zu berücksichtigen, da die Wohnungen recht eng aneinander liegen. Wohnung 3 grenzt an das große Schlafzimmer an und je nach Nachbarn kann es auch etwas hellhörig sein. Man hört auch immer mal die Straße, nachts ist es jedoch relativ ruhig und auch am Pool ist es idyllisch. Es ist noch zu erwähnen, dass der Eingang von Wohnung 1 auf die Terrasse von Wohnung 2 führt. Wir hatten sehr nette Nachbarn, so dass es für uns nicht weiter störend war.

o espaço é muito agradável, perto da praia (dá para ir à pé), a piscina é o bar sao óptimos. A casa tem todas as comodidades necessárias para fazer refeições, é arrumada e limpa. Apenas um destaque para a cama, que pode ser um pouco desconfortável para pessoas altas, pois parece-me que as medidas são 1,40x1,90, que se tornam pequenas para um casal. Apesar deste apontamento, tudo foi óptimo, a Tanya respondeu sempre e o condomínio é muito calmo e bem frequentado.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in September. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious & clean. Well appointed - there were even tuppaware boxes for us to use! The beds are comfy & good shower pressure. Lovely terrace. Quiet area but only 1 street behind the front & 5 minutes walk to the boat for the beach. Maria was a brilliant host - very friendly & communicative & flexible with our check in needs. We would definitely come back to stay another time & recommend 100% to others. Thanks again x

Casa Laranjeiral A lovely apartment, close to the town square and steps to the castle. We have been to Tavira before and enjoyed our stay. Cristina is a great host, she accommodated our early arrival and lent us 2 bikes for touring the local area. The apartment is equipped with all kitchen essentials, even oranges from the tree in her back patio (delicious)! Thank you Cristina, we will be back Mike and Heather from Canada

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und gemütlich. Die Küche ist toll eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Der kleine Balkon ist sehr schön und die Pools sind ein echtes Highlight! In direkter Nähe liegt das Shopping Center von Tavira, in dem man gut einkaufen kann. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist auch in 3 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Appartment hat eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Kommunikation mit Diogo war immer sehr gut. Das einzige was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war die Bettwäsche. Es waren Laken vorhanden, die man als Decke benutzen konnte, diese waren aber etwas zu dünn. Es gab noch dickere Decken im Schrank allerdings keinen Bezug dazu. Außerdem waren Haare auf der Bettwäsche. Leider hat die Bettwäsche auch nicht wirklich gut gerochen. In manchen Ecken der Wohnung hätte auch etwas besser sauber gemacht werden können. Ansonsten ist es aber eine tolle Wohnung und definitiv den Preis wert.

A casa está muito bem decorada e é extremamente confortável, com todas as comodidades que se possa pensar. A Maria foi uma excelente anfitriã, sempre disponível e pronta a ajudar em tudo. Recomendo o alojamento para quem quiser passar uns dias tranquilos em Cabanas!

Darrens Apartment ist der perfekte Ort, um die Gegend von Conceição und Cabanas zu erkunden. Sie liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet und ist dennoch nah genug an den Hauptstraßen um alles gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt: Alles ist sehr modern eingerichtet und in sehr gutem Zustand. Betten und Sofa sind äußerst bequem, sodass man hier gut relaxen und schlafen kann. Die Bäder sind modern und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, sodass man richtig kochen kann. Die Geräte sind hochmodern und funktionieren gut. Das Kochgeschirr ist neu und in allen Größen vorhanden, sodass man alle Mahlzeiten gut zubereiten kann. Sogar die Messer haben eine hohe Qualität, Vom Balkon hat man eine tolle Aussicht und kann den Sonnenuntergang genießen zudem gibt es einen guten Gasgrill. Die Kommunikation mit Co-Gastgeberin Maria war extrem freundlich und schnell. Alles wurde extrem zuvorkommend und flexibel geregelt, sodass wir einen perfekten Aufenthalt hatten. Vielen Dank :-)

The villa is absolutely beautiful and everything has been thought about. It was so great to have two terraces - the main terrace on the ground floor is beautifully designed and gets the sun for most of the day, and the roof terrace is great for more privacy and to catch the evening sun with some stunning views! The kitchen is very well stocked, the beds are really comfy and the house was spotlessly clean! Gisela was an extremely kind and responsive host to answer any questions we had. Its about a 20 minute walk into the town, in a really peacful neighborhood, which was perfect for us. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we would definitely recommend! ❤️

We enjoyed 3 nights in this amazing 3 storey house, full of character, fabulous location, with a sun roof terrace where we enjoyed our G & T's!

Já é a segunda vez que ficamos nesta casa, é mesmo muito gira, confortável e funcional. Óptimas de zonas exteriores de estadia, ideais para se estar e aproveitar a vida ao ar livre, zona da piscina super simpática. Localização ideal. O Frederico foi um anfitrião muito prestável e cuidadoso. Para o ano vamos voltar, sem dúvida!

Lovely traditional house within very easy, flat walking distance of Tavira town centre and the many restaurants there. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Great patio space for al fresco dining/sunbathing and useful touches such as extra large beach towels. View from the front is of car repair garage across the road but this really doesn’t matter as the patio is at the rear. Although we didn’t have chance to meet them David and Megan were very communicative hosts. All in all a great place to stay to easily enjoy all that Tavira has to offer.

We hebben genoten van ons korte verblijf in Casa Boa Vista. Het weer was voor februari geweldig, dus we hebben zelfs gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad. De prachtige uitzichten doen de naam van het huis zeker eer aan! De communicatie met Gabriele en de beheerders verliep vlekkeloos. Zeer vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar. Dank je wel dat we in jouw mooie huis mochten verblijven Gabriele. We hopen er in de toekomst graag nog eens terug te keren.

Ein wunderbares Häuschen, sehr schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und war jederzeit erreichbar. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, diese Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

La casa está equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Limpieza excelente. Brian, nos informó muy bien de todo; supermercados, playas...etc. Nuestra estancia ha sido muy reconfortante. Sin duda un lugar que recomendaremos.

Just wow! Rita met us to check us in and contacted us several times to make sure all was well. Any little issues were addressed right away, kindly and professionally. The little house was clean and cozy with great patio to enjoy a glass of wine with a view to the distant sea. We loved everything and Rita is wonderful!!!! Can’t recommend highly enough. Hope to return!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem schönen, gut ausgestatteten und blitzsauberen Appartement. Filipe war jederzeit unkompliziert erreichbar und hat uns auch proaktiv kontaktiert. Das Appartement liegt sehr nahe an netten Restaurants und zum Bootsanleger an den Strand. Es waren immer freie Parkplätze direkt vor der Appartmentanlage. Die beiden zum Appartment gehörigen Tiefgaragenstellplätze haben wir nicht benötigt. Vielen Dank, Filipe, für die Möglichkeit den Check-out ein wenig nach hinten zu legen und für die vielen guten Restauranttipps. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in Cabanas de Tavira und in Ihrem schönen Apartment.

Elvira war jederzeit erreichbar und stets sehr hilfsbereit. Die große Dachterasse mit Blick über Tavira ist ein Traum! An heißen Sommertagen kühlt die Wohnung leider auch nachts kaum ab, damit sollte man im Dachgeschoss natürlich auch rechnen. Die Gegend ist schön ruhig, trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in kürzester Zeit im Zentrum, beim Supermarkt oder bei der Fähre Richtung Strand. Wir hatten eine rundum tolle Zeit :)

Diese Unterkunft ist in einem wunderschönen kleinen Ort. In der Nähe gibt es einen wunderschönen traumhaften Strand den man mit dem Auto in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichen kann. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt und hatten eine tollen Urlaub in Portugal.

Ein traumhafter Ort! Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht! Garten und Pool sind einfach toll!

This was a repeat visit. The location is very convenient for visiting Tavira and the Algarve. The grocery store and the Norah Velha cafe are a few minutes walk. The pool is convenient. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. Dorota responded to our call very quickly when we had the unexpected power outage. We would certainly recommend this apartment.

El departamento es hermoso, súper limpio y perfectamente ubicado. Al llegar Iris nos dejó de todo para desayunar y tener una estadía increíble (cereales, leche, yogur, agua, pan freezado, moras, vino, etc). El lugar estaba hermosamente decorado y muy cómoda. También nos dejó juegos para nuestro hijo y eso le encantó. Iris siempre se preocupó por nuestra estadía y nos dio recomendaciones sobre Tavira y alrededores. La pasamos genial, gracias por todo! This was our 1st time to vist Taveria and to the East Algarve. Taveria is a perfect City/town with history and a brilliant vibe. Also great train and bus links to get anywhere. Emma and Anna were perfect host nothing was to much trouble for them. The apartment was located perfectly for walking everywhere to the centre , bars, restaurants. A 2 bed 2 bath specious place. Nice outside space on the roof terrace to relax and have food or a drink. Thank you both for a great 10 days.

Maria's description, photos and price has restored my faith on websites. It was as described, slightly old fashioned cosy with lots of spare bedding and towels. Perhaps the mattress in second bedroom needs upgrading. Otherwise a positive experience.
