Holiday rentals with a patio in Tavullia

Die Wohnung war wirklich toll. Schön geräumig, tolle Lage und es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte, sogar eine Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, top! Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Super war auch, dass ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz vorhanden war. Die Kommunikation mit Ewa war auch hervorragend. Wenn wir nochmal nach Rimini kommen würden, würde ich die Wohnung nochmal nehmen. Wirklich super und sehr zu empfehlen!

Susanna's apartment was exactly how it was in the photographs and the description. She met us at the time we agreed to let us in, and as there were no issues, we didn't need to speak again. The apartment was a few steps away from the main front street which was great.

Oste gentile e buona accoglienza. Ambiente tranquillo, pulito e piacevole. Arredamenti nuovi. Quando tornerò a Rimini sicuramente considererò di soggiornare nuovamente

Ivana e suo marito ci hanno accolti e "coccolati". Tantissima attenzione ai dettagli e cura per ogni nostra possibile necessità. L'alloggio era impeccabile. Abbiamo trascorso un breve soggiorno e non siamo riusciti a fruire di tutte le comodità offerte come ad esempio l'accesso alla spiaggia e la disponibilità di ombrellone. Consigliatissimo come base per esplorare i dintorni!

Lovely host and great apartment. The bathrooms are very modern with fantastic showers and the house is spacious. We only stayed one night for a short family beach holiday in Rimini.

Absolut empfehlenswert – perfekter Urlaub! Ich hatte eine großartige Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass sich hier jemand wirklich Mühe gibt. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, auch WLAN, Klimaanlage und Küche. Besonders positiv: sehr ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem alles schnell erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ich kann diese Wohnung ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen – sie hat ganz klar 5 Sterne verdient! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub 😊

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti per capodanno, appartamento pulito, con tutto il necessario, un bellissimo terrazzo e vicinissimo al mare. Ester e la figlia Linda gentilissime e disponibili. Consigliatissimo

Abbiamo alloggiato presso la dimora Giada e Gloria per due notti. Loredana si è dimostrata sempre disponibile e cordiale. Il check-in si è svolto nei migliori dei modi e ci è stato mostrato ogni angolo della dimora. Tutto pulitissimo e super fornito. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Ottima posizione per visitare il posto. Consiglio l'alloggio a chiunque!!

Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

Maria e Riccardo sono stati molto ospitali e cordiali, fornendoci molte indicazioni utili per il soggiorno a Senigallia. La casa era pulita e con tutto il necessario: abbiamo apprezzato lo spazio all'aperto a noi dedicato e il grande giardino in cui il nostro cane ha potuto muoversi in tranquillità. La zona è molto tranquilla, semi collinare e quindi serve la macchina per scendere in centro, andare in spiaggia o fare altri escursioni nei dintorni. Sicuramente da consigliare

Erholungsoase auf dem Olymp Ein großes, historisches Steinhaus umgeben von einer unglaublich schönen Gartenanlage mit üppiger mediterraner Flora und Fauna angelegt auf drei Ebenen mit Olivenhainen und vielen verwunschenen Sitzgelegenheiten zum Staunen und Träumen. Das Haus hat viel Platz, ist hochwertig eingerichtet und geschmackvoll dekoriert. Es überrascht mit zahlreiche Nischen, alte Türen, Stufen und atemberaubender Aussicht. Es ist absolut ruhig hier und man lustwandelt durch Haus und Garten, genießt den weiten Blick über die Hügellandschaft und die malerische Kulissen von Mondavio und Orciano und entdeckt immer wieder neue Perspektiven. Das Haus und der Garten geben ein Gefühl der Weite, Stille, Abgeschiedenheit im Einklang mit der Natur. Es gibt hier flinke Eidechsen, einen Wiedehopf, Spatzen und Glühwürmchen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit vielen,Gläsern, Geschirr, Töpfen, Pfannen und allem, was man fürs Kochen braucht. Die Besitzer teilen großzügig alles.

Un beau séjour en famille, appartement très sympathique avec deux terrasses qui assurent l’ombre en tout moment du jour, cuisine entièrement équipée, café, condiments et même un cadeau de bienvenue dans les placards. Pareils soins pour le bien-être du voyageur dans la salle de bain dotée avec force savon, shampoo, serviettes, tout impeccablement neuf et brillant de propreté. Le Barbecue neuf, mis à disposition dans la cour arrière, invite a prendre les repas a l’ombre des oliviers tandis que sur la terrasse devant l’on peut s’asseoir pour prendre le café en guettant le passage d’un train dans la gare tout près. Et pourquoi pas? On peut prendre un bain a la lumière des étoiles, la plage commune est a quelques pas, on s’y sent libre et joyeux comme au temps de l’enfance.

Ho soggiornato in questa casa a Fano con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento è carino, comodo e situato in pieno centro, con una splendida terrazza affacciata sui tetti del centro storico — davvero suggestiva! Giacomo e Alberto sono stati sempre disponibili e gentili, ci hanno anche fornito le biciclette per muoverci comodamente e ci hanno permesso di lasciare la casa con calma nella mattinata della partenza. Un soggiorno piacevolissimo, lo consigliamo!

I wanted to visit the area to continue my interest in following the 'Piero della Francesca trail' . It is an ideal location to visit the surrounding towns such as Sansepolcro and Monterchi but Citta di Castello is a very interesting place in itself. The flat was beautifully presented and as many have already said the parking and the terrace made it as close to perfect as can be. The weather allowed me to enjoy my breakfast on the terrace every morning. Within 10 minutes walk of the flat there is the River Tiber Trail which runs alongside the river for about 20 km and is worth a visit.

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad bij Leonardo! Een pareltje in Toscane: prachtig uitzicht, rust, mooi ingericht huisje met zwembad en alles erop en eraan. Leonarde reageerde snel en stond ons tot laat op te wachten toen we heel lang in de file stonden. Wij komen zeker terug!

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment chez Bob. Son épouse et lui sont adorables ! Luce et Henri (les 2 chiens) sont également très mignons et ne demandent qu'à être caressés. Le travail de rénovation de Bob est excellent, et l'appartement est absolument comme neuf. L'espace extérieur est magnifique et offre une vue imprenable sur la mer et les collines environnantes. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Tommaso è una persona molto accogliente e disponibile. Ci ha consigliato un ottimo posto dove cenare con una vista mozzafiato. Siamo state benissimo, un appartamento delizioso, curato, proprio nel cuore del centro storico. Un posto di pace e natura intorno , dove rilassarsi dalla routine quotidiana. Bella esperienza, ci torneremo. Consigliatissimo❤️

Siamo stati ospiti in questa casa per 11 giorni e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'appartamento, dalla pulizia accurata, è dotato di tutto ciò che occorre in ogni ambito: cucina, camera da letto e bagno. Apprezzati il TV che permette diverse connessioni ( Netflix, Amazon Prime e altri) la macchina del caffè con diverse capsule a disposizione, oltre alla disponibilità di altri generi utili in cucina, come sale, olio, aceto ed altro. Il letto è molto comodo, con disponibilità di cambio lenzuola così pure per la biancheria da bagno. Utilissimo il box privato, e comunque vi sono parcheggi liberi nelle immediate vicinanze dell' abitazione. La posizione è comoda sia per raggiungere il mare in pochi minuti che per visitare nel raggio di pochi chilometri, i numerosi borghi medievali di grande interesse posati sui verdi colli marchigiani. Ringraziamo Alessio e la sua mamma per la cortesia con la quale ci hanno accolti porgendo loro un cordiale e caloroso saluto!

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt – danke, Veronica! Wir durften ein paar tolle Tage in Veronicas Unterkunft verbringen und sind absolut begeistert. Sie hat uns warmherzig und sympathisch empfangen – man merkt sofort, dass sie mit Herz dabei ist. Die Wohnung war großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber, hell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht – man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Veronica war immer erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt, die man so nur von Einheimischen bekommt. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Veronica ist eine großartige Gastgeberin und wir können sie und ihre Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful home, beautiful people. Lots of space for a family of four to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need including x3 different methods for making coffee! Fluffy white towels - beautifully clean and cool. Well located between the beach and the old town. Also the most comfortable beds. Senigallia is a very cool place. We’ll be back.
