We had a great time staying at Eka's flat, which was very comfortable and above all in a great location from almost every viewpoint: cafes, restaurants, even for catching the bus to the airport. Eka was a responsive and helpful host. We can't wait for our next stay.

Maya is an amazing host, she always responds immediately and her attitude is full of warmth, with a lot of desire to help in everything. Maya made an effort to make my check in earlier than it's supposed to be, and I appreciate it very much. The sweet apartment completely surprised me, it is tastefully furnished and equipped. You will not lack anything there. The apartment is located a short distance from the center and entertainment areas of the Old Tbilisi. You will enjoy peace and quiet and yet, you will be within a short walk of Freedom Square and more. I'm not sure Maya would want me to tell, but she supported me beyond imagination when I was in need. Thank you dear Maya!

I can recommend Nica'a place for your stay. It is well located in a vital district and organized smart. I had no problems communicating with Nica and would come back in case it will be vacant during my next trip to Tbilisi.

The location is good, centrally located. Communication with Laven is very good. Quick and effective. The place is just what he described. He has 2 aircon/heater, one in the living room and another one in the main bedroom. Other rooms has no heater. Big balcony with view of city. During my stay, I was having a problem about the car park in the back yard. It seemed that all spaces occupied by his Neighbours. Anyway, there is public street parking in front of the apartment with 1 GEL / hour.

When you enter the apartment, you immediately feel like you've come back home. It is very cozy, warm, and comfortable. The apartment has high ceilings, creating a spacious atmosphere. The furniture and design are works of art - everything is well thought out. If you need anything, you can find it there. I must say that reality surpasses the photos. Additionally, the bedroom windows overlook a calm courtyard; we slept peacefully all night with them open. We were delighted to discover this apartment and will definitely stay again! From start to finish, Teona was a pleasure to work with. She was immediately responsive to every question, at any hour of the day or night. The house was lovely and exactly as described. We loved the en-suite bedrooms plus the extra downstairs powder room. The grandchildren enjoyed playing on the back terrace. The back kitchen was small but sweet. The perfect family getaway!

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

Beautiful flat with authentic vibe, nice light, everything needed here for stay. Planned to stay for 3 days, stayed 8. It was nice to spend time there reflecting and chilling. Thanks Sofio for that experience.

The place was absolutely lovely – it felt just like home and matched the photos and description perfectly. One small note: the elevator doesn’t reach the top floor, so there are a few stairs to climb. Just something to keep in mind, but it doesn’t take away from how great the Airbnb was. We really enjoyed the space! Great location: a market with fresh produce, many supermarkets and restaurants! To the old town by taxi, but the taxi is very cheap and we moved everywhere by taxi!!! Great accommodation!!!

Margarita has a big heart! She asked me every single day of my stay if I was feeling comfortable. Honestly, I have rented a lot in Tbilisi before, but this house completely matched the pictures. The comfort was right there. The location is really great - everything in walking distances. I want for Margarita to have wonderful people, and I'm sure this house will be a warm match for the ones who love art - because every single corner was equipped with a piece of art. Responsiveness: From the very beginning, Irakli and Tamara were incredibly responsive. Every message we sent—whether before arrival or during our stay—was answered quickly, kindly, and helpfully. Their communication made everything smooth and stress-free. Care and Hospitality: What truly stood out was the warmth and genuine care they showed throughout our visit. They checked in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It felt less like staying at a rental and more like being hosted by thoughtful friends who truly care about their guests’ experience. The Place: The apartment was beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need. The view was an absolute highlight—right in front of the Peace Bridge—and waking up to that iconic sight every day was magical. The interiors were cozy and well-equipped, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. Location: You can’t beat the location! Everything from historical landmarks to cafes, restaurants.

Nice cozy apartment on 2nd floor, with one double bed and one sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen, with all necessary things. Very near to city centre and many restaurants and groceries nearby. Clean bathroom.

I stayed a month and felt very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment is darker than the pictures show which was disappointing but the interior lighting was good. Others have commented about the slanting floor and it definitely slants. If you have balance issues you will want to be aware. It took me a day or so to get used to it but it was fine as my stay went on. While I was there (mid May to mid June) I only used the air conditioning a couple of times. Otherwise the ventilation from the screened windows was fine. Every place has its quirks. Once I figured out the shower, I had no problems and there was plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice having a clothes washer available as well as a drying rack. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect with easy access to stores, public transportation, and tourist areas. The entrance to the apartment is from the slope of the street which meant there were only 3 down steps. I would definitely stay again.

Giorgi's place was awesome! Super clean and had everything we needed. Giorgi himself was amazing—he lives next door and was always quick to help with anything. He even went out of his way to help my parents, who don’t speak English, with their checkout and getting to the airport. Such a thoughtful host! Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing week at Madlen's house. Especially the pool and outdoor area was lovely.

Nina is a friendly and easy-to-speak person, flat is pretty big and clean, but a slow wi-fi inside (less than 40mbps)

Nice apartment, but a little tired. Panoramic windows, beautiful view from the balcony, table on the balcony) enjoyed breakfast and dinner there) quite quiet neighborhood. Neighbors did not bother. You can safely walk to the center or take a bus. All the necessary things for living are there. The only thing I asked for was laundry detergent, the host provided no problem. Recommended.
