Holiday rentals with a pool in Tbilisi

We had a wonderful time at the villa during our holiday. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool, seating area, and BBQ were the main highlights of the villa. The breathtaking view of the mountains from the villa was simply mesmerizing. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us to have a few guests over. There is ample parking space for your car outside the villa. While the pool was clean, the water was a bit cold. All the necessary amenities were provided, making our holiday stay truly worthwhile.

Giorgi's place was awesome! Super clean and had everything we needed. Giorgi himself was amazing—he lives next door and was always quick to help with anything. He even went out of his way to help my parents, who don’t speak English, with their checkout and getting to the airport. Such a thoughtful host! Would definitely stay here again.

One of the best thing of this place is a view above the town. A huge terrace, big windows and light clean house. Nice place for practicing out/inside. Comfortable bed) It’s easy to arrive here on a bus. Also you can have nice walk trip throw the Mtatsminda park or use a funicular for it. Nina is intentivly and friendly host. Thanks to her)

Naira was very hospitable and met us at the door. Gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

We would like to recommend the place... in Tbilisi. The house is really beautiful and well-kept, equipped with everything you need to feel at home, the yard is green full of trees and flowers and the pool is clean and refreshing!!! Near the pool, there is a wooden swing and chairs for maximum comfort. ...greeted us and offered to help with whatever was needed. He was kind and cordial. Near the house, there is a center of shops and markets for shopping. Due to an unexpected medical hospitalization for the baby girl in the hospital, we had to leave earlier than expected, and...he was patient and accepted the event with understanding and concern for the baby girl. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend coming and enjoying it.

We had a great time in this spacious and modern house. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The wifi was fast, all the appliances are in great condition. Beautiful view on Tbilisi from the top balcony. Just keep in mind that parking next to the house is only for one car and there is nearby temporary construction.

We came 9 friens for a vacation and we had a great time thenks to this amazing place. the host was super nice and responsive, she was available at every hour and always make sure that we have everything we need. The hotel facilities was great and comfortable. Thank you very much. very recommended!

We stayed in this apartment from September 20 to 22. I would like to note the attention to detail of this host: all the necessary household, and not only, things that create comfort and coziness (original mosquito nets, toiletries) Polite and good-natured hostess. Met ahead of time.

Wonderful views, very cozy and modern equipment of the apartment, super nice staff and in the tower you will also find a very good sauna, steam room and gym Also, the host was very helpful and helped very quickly with every single issue we had 🤝

It was a perfect stay at Nika's place. The great place for relaxing holidays out of Tbilisi , with access to swimming pool and recreational area . The apartments have all necessary things for comfortable living and thanks to Mariam for her attentiveness through all days

Thank you so much Guram for being very responsive and helpful you most definitely always were responsive with everything we needed and wanted. The property was as described if not more it was absolutely beautiful and the views were breath taking watching the sunrise and the sunset will definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of staying here.

Extremely clean house, friendly host and easy taxi to the center. The apartment has a beautiful and large terrace, ideal for summer! Nice Kitchen, clean and new bathroom and two good bedrooms. Really great! Playground at the door and very clean swimming pool for the summer! Overall, very nice house and pleasant host.
