Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

Wi-Fi is stable, the equipment works without failures. A great option for both a short trip and a longer one. A lovely little apartment for staying in Tbilisi. It's clean and has everything you need. Very close to many shops and restaurants. The host family is so kind and welcoming! I really enjoyed my stay there.

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

Very nice apartment. Our apartment was exactly what was described. It was clean and Mari was a great host. Very responsive and helped with any queries I had. Location was perfect and access to lots of walkable surroundings. Great view also. Will look forward to booking again!

I loved it so much, I had to extend! Roman and Sarah made it incredibly easy. The space continued to feel like a home away from home, and their communication was excellent throughout. Truly grateful for such thoughtful hosts.

Very charming and authentic place. This apartment is for you if you want to feel like a Tbilisi-resident and not just a tourist. Be ware that the apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood, and there can be some noise during the evening/night. But it really all adds to the charm of the place, and nothing beats sitting on the balcony in the evening. Communication with Tsotne was great. Would recommend to anyone!

Great location. Place is exactly as advertised. Gaia from the BB residences team was there during check in. Helped us with all the stuff. Location is super peaceful with loads of restaurants and bars nearby. All amenities as listed. And very cozy space with fast internet, smart tv and everything else you need. 10/10 would recommend

This apartment was in a great condition, very modern and lovely for us to stay 1 week with our cat. Location is great, in a residential area, and has a couple of restaurants, gym and supermarket in the same block. Also, the metro station was at 5 minutes by foot. Tatia was super helpful, and very fast to respond whenever we needed help. Overall, would recommend this place to stay for a couple of days in Tibilisi!

I really liked the accommodation. Very clean, there is everything you need for living. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The street is quiet, near the metro, bus stop. Maya solves all issues promptly. If I'm in Tbilisi, I'll stay in this house. I recommend it.

Mako’s place was great with a gorgeous terrace! Very convenient location and very walkable to most places. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful apartment in Tbilisi.

I stayed at Dimitri’s home for 4 days. First day I said to him that my plane will land early and he told me to enter early to his house and not waiting. He let me enter early then the agreeded time. The house is like the photos. He served all my needs as I traveled alone. The location is great and I accessed everything with walk. Thank you for everything, Dimitri. If I will come again to Tbilisi I will come again to your house

We had a fantastic time in Tbilisi while staying at Vladas flat - would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again soon,

Very peaceful, clean, beautifully designed space. You have everything you need during your stay. Highly recommended. If I come to Tbilisi again I would chose to stay here again. Only thing if you come with heavy luggage from metro station or bus station I recommend to take a taxi. The distance is short, but since it was uphill, going there could be difficult.
