This place is in the best place in all of Tbilisi. The apartment itself is fit for a king and you have all that you will need in walking distance to from the apartment and I mean everything! I truly enjoyed my stay and I would even go as far to say that it was a major highlight of mine in my trip in Georgia! ❤️🙏I definitely will return

The location is great, right next to the park. The new flat is very cozy. I felt right at home. I highly recommend it and would book it again.

Great place with such a wonderful host!! The place was exactly like the pictures and very clean! The apartment is in the center of historical buildings and you can just walk to tourist attractions! I planned to stay in George’s place with my parents but due to delayed flights I got there 2 nights late and I was worried about my parents not knowing the language… but George helped them with scheduling a ride from airport to the apartment, and he met them at the place and made them feel welcomed and cared! George was also flexible with our check out which made it more convenient for my parents as their flight was later in the day! George was very responsive and helpful with any questions and he even gave us recommendations for georgian souvenirs, places to visit, and things to do in town!! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Tbilisi!! Thank you George for your outstanding hospitality!!

We (a family of two adults and three children) recently had the pleasure of staying at Mariam's Airbnb in Tbilisi; we must admit, it was a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived (Mariam was there), Mariam took great care to make us feel right at home. The apartment was beautifully maintained and had all the accessories and furnishings needed to create a cosy and comfortable environment. The location was also fantastic, being just a 10 to 15-minute drive from the city and conveniently next to the SPAR market. The interiors were tastefully done, and everything was kept in pristine condition. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we highly recommend Mariam's place to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Five stars all the way!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had! Staying at this Airbnb in the heart of Tbilisi was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely immersed in the charm of local culture. The apartment itself has exceptional design, beautifully decorated with traditional touches, and perfectly located—you can walk to the old town, local bakeries, cozy wine bars, and historic sites within minutes. What truly made the stay special was the host’s responsiveness and incredible hospitality. She shared wonderful tips about hidden gems and local eateries. It felt less like a rental and more like staying in a friend’s home. If you’re looking for a genuine, heartwarming experience that goes beyond just visiting a place—this is where you should stay. I’m already planning my return. Thank you for making my time in Georgia unforgettable!

The house was very comfortable and clean, and the owner was very welcoming.

Spacious house that was well appointed and clean and tidy. Nice to have a big kitchen that was fully equipped. We had a great stay and whilst the location was a little further away, walking and transport was easy.

Beautiful big house with hospitable hosts! Clean, well-maintained rooms. Our large company of 14 people (4 families) easily accommodated there. The location, which at first seemed not very convenient in fact, was with a "highlight" - a stunning view of the city from the balcony, an interesting road leading to the center without traffic. It offered breathtaking views. But the main advantage is the hosts! They met us warmly and hospitably in Georgian style - they treated us to homemade khachapuri.

Good place with greenery in Tbilisi. Owners are very friendly people, they have cutest dog Mimi. We enjoyed garden and county yard.

Mari is amazing host. The apartment is super perfect! you have all you need here. You have hot tub as well for relaxing, metro just 2 minutes. Everything was very nice. The house was as seen in the photos and comfortable. The location of the house is also in a nice quiet place. The beds were very comfortable, and she responded in a friendly way in a very short time to satisfy my curiosity about the 😂 smallest of things to sleep in that bed. And a very humorous host. Lovely apartment next to the head of the street. Shops and cafes are just around the corner. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. Sleep comfortably, quiet, you can't hear the neighbors!!! No one walks on top. Comfortable mattress, great pillows, nice bedding. We lived before in another apartment and there was very poor soundproofing. We constantly heard the neighbors talking behind the wall. Sleep is great here! This apartment has a large number of dishes, it is convenient to cook. Responsive and polite host, always available. Very Pure! If this apartment is available on our next trip, we will live only here:) Thank very much
