Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

With a secluded location and beautiful views you can truly relax or take a scenic hike. The cottage is walking distance to Soča river source, Alpe Adria Trail, Julius Kugy monument and other hiking trails. The perfect getaway for anyone in search of an adventure. The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
