Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighbouring Leuth form a state-recognised resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. In lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities, the landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired. Supermarket and bakery are in walking distance. Highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our family home is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have welcomed our guests with pleasure, who include everyone from the family with children, to nature lovers and assembly workers, who are drawn to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as your pet. Sylvia is extremely helpful, and the room she rents out is one of the nicest I've ever found through AirBnB. I made a mistake with our reservation, which she helped resolve more kindly than I could have hoped for. The area is certainly worth visiting again, and I won't think twice on where to stay when I come back.

We needed a place to stay in the area at very short notice and were allowed to move in in the evening, which saved us either a long drive or a hotel stay. The very clean semi-detached house was inviting, it was nice to be able to go outside and it had the most comfortable bed in a vacation apartment ever. Communication was fixed and targeted. Any time again and a very clear recommendation! Many thanks again to Annika & her colleagues!

Dream cottage in wooded area

The house is very nice at the end of the park, quiet location. You can hear birds and the cottage is super cozy. The doors can be opened wide to enjoy the natural feeling. The navigation gave us a different route, but we had to drive through to the park's flags. At the park reception, you pick up the key and return it. It's a nice cottage.
