Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Teignbridge

We had the most wonderful stay at the Little Barn! The surroundings are beyond beautiful and the location is very peaceful. We were lucky with the weather so enjoyed lots of time soaking up the countryside in the lovely outdoor area (lots of visits from the little cats saying hello too!). The inside was small but extremely well thought out so never felt cramped and there was plenty of space for the two of us. It was well located for everything we needed from trips to the coast, exploring the national park and visiting the quaint little towns and villages nearby. Overall we had a brilliant stay, thank you Fran, the Little Barn is an absolute gem!

We went as a multi generational family and the house was perfect. An easy walk to the beaches and town centre which meant that we didn’t need to use the cars all weekend it was ideal. Thank you

Myself, my husband and our little boy stayed last week and what can we say. We were blown away! Kate and Kieron are amazing! The apartment was beautiful, so well kept, clean and tidy. There was an information pack when we arrived with bits to do, housekeeping bits, even takeaway places! There was a welcome basket for us with fresh fruit, crisps, cookies and a lovely card. Kate had even went above and beyond and left a card, beer and chocolate for my husband for his birthday! The communication throughout the trip was amazing, we felt so welcome. We felt very safe staying there which was a big one for us having a little boy. Kate had made sure that she had put a basket of toys in the apartment for our little boy too. We could not have asked for a better host. The directions of how to get there and how to check in were brilliant! If you are looking for somewhere in Torquay I would highly recommend here, don’t go anywhere else!! We will definitely be back!!

Really enjoyed our stay with Tina. The apartment is very comfortable and the mattress so soft you'll fall asleep in 2 minutes. We really appreciated the personal surprise touch when we opened the fridge. There was a lovely bottle of wine for us as well as bar of luxury chocolate on the table. We highly recommend Tina as a host if you plan on going to Devon. Easy access to the motorway makes it a must to stay in.

My wife and I regularly travel to Exeter to visit family and if Adrian and Lizzies places are available we always take them. The place is always clean and tidy, Adrian and Lizzie are great with communication, the check in/out is straight forward, and the location is great for visiting Exeter. It is like a home from home...

We had an excellent stay here in Newton Abbott! Mike and Anna were really lovely and responsive. Looks like the pics and is a good size for a group of friends, beautiful decor as well. Would definitely go back!

Lovely, clean, warm and comfortable with everything you could wish for. Dan was very accommodating, and quick to answer questions. Very happy.

As advertised and simple charm. Centrally located minutes walk to main high street, gardens, attractions. The small bathroom and shower were notable but shower worked well. Top tip would be to visit St. Sidwell’s Point Leisure Center Spa. There is a full sauna, steam, hot tub, outdoor rooftop lounge that can be booked at 3 hour increments for reasonable rate. The Gaia Spa massage with Katsha (sp?) was worth every penny and saved me after long haul flight (woke up at 4:30 am unable to walk comfortably, by 10 am I was back in action and walked over 14 miles). Rockpool is a wonderful place to stay! Kay is a friendly, helpful and generous host. We appreciated the lovely treats left in the fridge for us. The location is peaceful and quiet and the accommodation is comfortable, very clean and well equipped.

I felt more than welcome the moment I arrived, both Carolyn and her husband (teddy I think!) were so kind and helpful. I’d come down to cycle and see a friend. On arrival I realised I’d left part of my bike at home. The hosts literally went above and beyond to help ensure my disaster was solved and I can’t thank them enough. The Airbnb was delightful, beautiful surroundings and perfect location, totally private yet so near all you could need. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending a stay there and will be back, of that I’m sure!

Our stay at The Loft was perfect from beginning to end. Extremely clear concise directions from Matt made for an easy arrival, with the added bonus of a parking space. The apartment itself is spotless, modern, comfortable and, surprisingly roomy. It is clear that a great deal of thought and design has gone into this property, utilising every last space, nook and cranny with the ultimate result of providing a spacious and full equipped holiday let. Not only was the apartment itself attractive and comfortable, the bonus of a balcony with a view was the icing on the cake! We had three gloriously sunny days here and, needless to say, when we weren’t on the steam train, on the riverboat or exploring Dartmouth, we spent every moment we could on this balcony watching the comings and goings on the river. We absolutely loved staying here and will certainly be back – thank you!

The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm, and easy to talk to — they made me feel welcome right from the start. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and they were always available for any questions or local tips. The flat was spotless, well-equipped with everything I needed, and very comfortable. The location is excellent — within walking distance of everything — and having a safe parking space was a huge plus. They’re truly thoughtful and attentive hosts who clearly care about their guests. A stunning, stylish apartment with large rooms, elegantly furnished in a mixture of period and contemporary styles with a choice of sitting rooms, a private garden and a huge sun trap patio looking out towards Torquay and Dartmoor. Good facilities especially for those with walking difficulties as where there are steps, ramps are provided and wheel chair access is therefore, relatively easy. My wife and I had superb weather and a very enjoyable week and hope to return again soon.

A beautiful ground floor apartment in a great location for the sea and local amenities. Everything was presented beautifully and everything you could need was supplied. Karen was always quick to respond to any message. We would be very happy to stay again - certainly one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at.

We've stayed at their studio with 2 adults and a 5year old kid for 7 nights. We've had everything that we could ask for. Amazing place, amazing supportive hosts. Spotless clean place, fantasticly well looked after, beautiful interior. Nik and Rich are always there when needed, but they as well absolutely respect the guest's privacy. Even they live next door, you wouldn't see them if you didn't want or need to. As a German visitor I can highly recommend their place and their warm hearted hospitality. You feel home away from home!

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. This was my second stay here. An ideal location if you have dogs as the park is just across the road . Luke provides lots of little extras which are appreciated. Good value for a self contained one bedroom flat.

We had a lovely stay at Julia’s in Topsham, we had great communication from Julia and she was very accommodating with a late check out. Looked exactly as the photos, quiet and cosy and clean. Would recommend! Also very close to all the shops and pubs.
