The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

In the spring and summer seasons passengers transport by hydrofoil is active from Sorrento to Procida and from Procida to Sorrento.

Vacation home located in Pompeii, a stone's throw from the Sanctuary, 1.5 km from the excavations and 5 km from Vesuvius National Park. The house consists of three double bedrooms, three bathrooms with bidet and hairdryer, open-plan kitchen with sofa bed equipped with coffee machine and kettle. Car is needed if you mind walking our private driveway 300 mt, a little uphill but with a wonderful view!
