Your place is located on top of a hill on 2 1/2 acres. This is an older home in a great location. You are a bike ride distance to all the wineries and walking distance to a few. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, situated in an organic citrus farm on a 27-acre private land with mountain and valley view of citrus and avocados groves. This unit has its own private entrance and a private deck with outdoor sink, BBQ and dining area. The indoor living space is about 930 sf, and the deck area is about 750 sf. The house is powered by solar array and Tesla batteries, so we won’t have a blackout even during power outages as long as not a lot of AC being used.

This freshly renovated home has beautiful vaulted ceilings and sunlight shining through. You will love spending time with your family in the open gourmet kitchen, part of the Great Room that includes the dining room and the living room with a large TV and fireplace. Gameroom and private hot tub! The host resides on a separate building about a quarter acre away. He's rarely around and you'll have total privacy. You have access to all amenities without any sharing with Cory or anyone else.
