The apartment has two rooms, the first is a separate bedroom with a double bed and storage space. In the second spacious room there is a kitchen fully equipped with appliances (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, coffee maker), as well as a dining table for 4 people, sofa bed, desk and TV. An above-standard bathroom with a marble bathtub, toilet, and sink.

All rooms have private bathrooms and are furnished with antique furnitures, Tempur beds with 100% cotton sheets and towels, all custom woven for Meyana. The building was build in 1885 and was completely renovated in 2017. Since the building is made of masonry, it is cool in summers and warm in winters.
