Apartment inserted in a traditional house rehabilitated in 2018, with contemporary and comfortable decor, opening to a cosy patio. The main theme is the photography – black and white photos of Ana Esquível from the 80s – of people and places in the Azores. Ripped spans allow an interesting communication between the outside and the inside of the house, plenty of natural light by day and an intimate lighting at night, in which patio and living room are integrated. 5 minutes walk from the center of Angra.

New house restored in 2018, keeping some details of the old house. It's on the second floor of the house and the last floor. It has access through a rear balcony to an outdoor patio, with laundry, outdoor shower, steakhouse and use of garden furniture. From the backyard you can have a superb view over part of the city of Angra and the islands of S. Jorge and Pico. It is a 1 bedroom with large velux windows, bathroom, kitchen and living room.
