The place is really excellent and confortable. Great beds,nice,new and tidy sheets and towels. Viviane was extramely helpful and friendly. The only thing missing was a cloth for the kitchen. The view from the balcony was superb. Hope to visit Quitandinha again soon

the condominium is a paradise and Lu's chalet is very well located in front of the pool near the heated pool restaurant. There are many birds, lots of trees, beautiful flowers, amazing place. Her house is wonderful with a fireplace, good shower, clean bedding.

Amazing Stay in the Heart of Petrópolis! I had a wonderful stay at Alexandre’s apartment in Petrópolis! The location is unbeatable, with all the main attractions, restaurants, museums, and downtown just a short walk away. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels like home. You can tell it’s a place where the owners live, as every detail is thoughtfully curated and adds to the charm. Alexandre is an exceptional host—always attentive and quick to respond to any needs or questions. His hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. If you’re planning a trip to Petrópolis, I highly recommend staying here. I can’t wait to return!

The stay was positive! Bruno and Mr. Luciano responded quickly to requests and provided guidance on nearby commerce. They made the check-in/out more flexible and made us feel very comfortable.

It was a perfect fds!! The house was impeccable , extremely clean and smelling , new bedding! The house went beyond expectations, the rooms are large and airy , the house very well divided , with natural lighting and real contact with nature . We love everything in the house , the kitchen is complete , the bedrooms tb , with pillow and bedding , bathrooms all with everything working. We had only one problem with the volume of the tv in the lounge , it stops , but I believe it is a manufacturing problem. We loved everything , it was a quiet fds and we could not have chosen a better place.

My stay at the Nelma property for sure brought me memories that will stay forever. From the first contacts, they were concerned about providing a once-in-a-lifetime experience. They welcomed us with great affection, explained every detail and helped us at home that we need support. The house and property provide a true experience in the countryside. And the creek in the back? A true work of nature. I have recorded moments that I will keep forever! Gupiaçu, though small, has everything you need. We feel welcomed at all times and made friends in the local commerce. Thank you for everything! I come back and it won't be long!

Wonderful Stay! Cris (host) is extremely attentive, kind and available. The house is beautiful! Exactly as advertised. It was impeccably clean and organized. The surroundings are beautiful, beautiful landscapes and the place is very quiet. We had a wonderful Christmas! The stay was really worth it. We will certainly return to enjoy the beautiful waterfalls that the short time did not allow us to see.

I've been on the platform for a few years and this was certainly the best experience. David is extremely attentive and proactive. Made us feel absolutely at home. The place is fantastic and delivers a little of the history of Brazil. Walking around Quitandinha is a beautiful entertainment in itself. Impeccable bathroom, comfortable bed, cleanliness, comfort. Still overlooking the famous lake. The experience was 100% positive!

We love the stay. The condo is very nice, with impeccable swimming pool. Very wooded, easy to find. Even the neighbors were very cordial. The friendly and proactive condominium team to make you feel at ease. The hosts gave us tips and delivered the apartment completely tailored to our needs. We did the auto checkin and it was a great experience. Without a doubt, we will be back. It's well worth it if you want to rest and at the same time not miss any of the attractions of Nova Friburgo.

Evaluation: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location of the apartment is just great! It is very close to the main tourist spots of Petrópolis, such as the Crystal Palace, the Princess Isabel House and the Cathedral – you can do everything on foot with tranquility. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, clean and organized, which made all the difference in the stay. The hostess was super attentive and gave me all the support I needed. I really enjoyed the experience, I definitely recommend it and would go back without thinking twice!
