Holiday houses in Termini

Salvatore is a great host, he informed us about a lot of local opportunities. Moreover, he even bought us tickets to sail to Capri. The location of the apartment is great, its panorama is unique. Thank you for everything!

The stay was very nice for us. Especially the kitchen equipment was outstanding. The view will be wonderful. You are a little further away, but you can get anywhere by car. Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano are easily accessible by car. If you want to go to Naples or Pompeii, you have to allow a little more time for the way. Unfortunately, you have to find a parking space on the street in front of the apartment, or just sit down and the turning options are sometimes very low in case of high parking volumes. Nevertheless, we found a parking space right outside the door every day. In addition, there is a small "restaurant" at the beginning of the street where the owner usually wants to chat with you when passing or driving and wants to convince you to eat or drink. Only you don't get a card and he probably makes the prices as he wants it. We paid €6 each for quite small Limoncello Spritz, so just keep going.

Sergio and Florinda were the perfect hosts. As I got injured on the way to Termini, they came help us and picked us up with their car. The place is charming, perfectly clean and nicely located. Termini is a real gem, loaded right next to a nature reserve which offers many possibilities for hikes. There is also a bud going straight to the beach. I highly recommend staying at Sergio&Florindas place!

Thanks for such a wonderful stay! Rafaelle’s place was in an amazing location, overlooking Capri. Quiet, peaceful, and a short drive from Sorrento, Punta Campanella and Termini, Nerano. We were a family of 4 with a car. Check-in was really smooth. Luigi from the mgmt team is super friendly and helpful! The place was really well-appointed with 3 proper bedrooms and two bathrooms, and very clean and spacious. The aircons were fantastic in the early summer heat, and the kitchen worked well. The garage provided a lot of comfort as well for the car. A short walk away were a few really nice restaurants; and a short drive away were local supermarkets. Our whole family loved our stay and would love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The view from the roof terrace is stunning and Nerano is a beautiful village. Very peaceful in April so a welcome contrast from other Amalfi coast villages and towns. The walk down to the beautiful pebble beach takes about 15 minutes down but longer back due to the steep uphill climb. There are plenty of restaurants by the sea to suit all tastes and budgets as well as a nice gelateria and a couple of bars and shops. Helpful to have parking right outside, as a car is handy with the location being a bit remote. Apartment was well equipped although would benefit from a more comfortable sofa and beds (all a bit hard). The tub on the roof is a highlight that we loved using, although it isn’t really a hot tub but more of an outdoor spa bath that you fill up each time then keep topping up the hot water to keep it warm. Giovanni was super helpful and friendly and we very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment.

After a busy week at other locations this was the perfect place to end our vacation. When we arrived I told my husband this was the Italy I had been dreaming of. A peaceful, beautiful, small villa. We spent time in the small village, enjoying wonderful food and lots of time just relaxing by the pool. We went in a boat tour to Amalfi and Positano which we enjoyed but I couldn’t wait to get back to our villa and just enjoy the beauty and peace. The only negative was the neighbor’s barking dogs at night.

Wow. Simply wow. The view of this place is fantastic. Very quiet, well located, clean and very comfortable. Luigi was a super host with recommendations and overall help. Having a car there is a life saver and gave us freedom. Therefore, the included parking spot was a big deal for us. The entire village area with the flowers, garden, and rustic architecture was a nice touch. Beds were excellent and the AC worked well for this time of the year. Extremely recommended.

We cannot begin to describe how wonderful our stay was - homely, peaceful with a warm welcome (lemons, homemade olive oil, limoncello, breakfast items). Olimpia has thought of everything to the tiniest detail, which we have not seen at any other AirBnB. It is worth the short drive from Sorrento - the views in the morning and evening are stunning. Highly recommended.
