Holiday rentals with a patio in Termini

We absolutely loved our stay - the view, the area, the hosts!! Rented a scooter and that was one of the best decisions, you can drive to all the spots and then come back ’home’ and all you can hear is birds :) Would highly recommend

Vincenzo's place was heavenly. The view is stunning, the surroundings are charming, and the water was refreshing! We stayed between stops in larger, much busier cities, so this was to serve as our r&r location. It could not have been better! We loved using the provided lounge chairs water-side--which is just a few stairs away--walking into town for dinner, and eating on the porch. Swimming right in front of the home could not have been more convenient and fun! We rented a car and drove from Naples, which provided us the chance to explore Sorrento and hike to secluded swimming spots. Photos represent the home perfectly, but don't capture the true beauty of the water and watching the ships travel by. We'll always remember our stay here.

Maria’s place is a real gem! Perfect location for touring around Sorrento and with good amenities close by. The apartment was pristine and had everything it needed, complete with a lovely area to sit out and enjoy produce from Maria’s garden. As a host, Maria couldn’t have been better - helpful and responsive when needed, offering some local tips, but also giving us space to enjoy our break. Highly recommend as a base for anyone touring Sorrento - thanks Maria!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely incredible stay on the Amalfi Coast! This apartment was truly a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning postcard views. Waking up to the sight of the sparkling sea and coastal towns was nothing short of magical. Huge private balcony with a very welcoming heated jacuzzi. The apartment itself was immaculate. Spotlessly clean and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. Every corner felt fresh and welcoming. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect for exploring the Amalfi Coast, yet peaceful enough to enjoy quiet mornings and sunsets. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The hosts Serena and Carmen were so sweet and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in this beautiful region! Looking forward to our return.

We had a lovely stay, I would highly recommend this accommodation and the place itself, Meta, many of the other along the coast were very busy and meta felt more peaceful with easy access to visit the cities with good local transport. Francy and her family were very helpful, and would reply almost instantly to help. Highly recommend and have already told Francy to not be surprised if she sees us book again!

We stayed here for 9 nights as our base for exploring the Amalfi coast. Arianna and Antonio were wonderful hosts. They greeted us from our taxi upon arrival and welcomed us to the accommodation, which was spotless! The location was fantastic- only a short walk to a great supermarket and some good restaurants in the local square. It also could not be closer to the local train station which is only a couple of minutes walk- you can hear trains due to the close proximity to the station but quickly get used to it and it is worth it for the convenience! The views are lovely and the location feels very safe. The accommodation is spacious with two bathrooms and great air con, the sofa in the kitchen/lounge converts to the second bed. Antonio was very kind in making recommendations and even picked us up from the local marina after dinner. The hosts went above and beyond and I would highly recommend this air bnb!

Luisa was absolutely wonderful! Her instructions were very clear, she has booklets with restaurant and activity recommendations. The property is incredible, one of the best I've ever stayed at and the view is to die for! Amazing little town, I'd book again in a heartbeat. The only caveat is the walk to the town center is uphill on 3 roads, not a big deal if you're fit but if not, it may be a struggle & could be very hot during summer months as there is little to no shade

Incredible stay at Vittoria's. Quality and very friendly welcome with everything you need to know about Capri. The accommodation is 100% faithful to the description, so not much to add except this point (very important): The accommodation gives access to a passage allowing you to be at the port of Marina Grande in less than 3 min, without going through the street, super useful!! The accommodation is beautiful, very quiet and the view is exceptional. Ideal for a couple or a family of 4. The kitchen is also very convenient. Recommended

This place is absolutely beautiful! We especially loved the peaceful little courtyard and the sea view from the bedroom balcony upstairs — such a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook our own meals, and there were thoughtful touches like tea bags and coffee provided. Everything was super clean and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. A special mention to the host, who was incredibly kind and helpful — they gave us lots of great local recommendations and always responded quickly to our messages. We really appreciated their hospitality. We’d definitely love to stay here again the next time we visit!

Highly recommend this place! Maria was a wonderful host who made us feel so welcome. Her family business is lovely and a great spot to relax with the best cornetto’s we’ve ever had. It’s an amazing location/view and so nice to be away from the busy crowds in Amalfi. Also there is an incredible restaurant a few steps away called Osteria Rispoli- some of the best Italian food we’ve ever eaten.

The host was extremely friendly and helped us find our place, had fresh pasty brought each day at no extra charge and they was amazing! Could not recommend this anymore!!!! The view was amazing.

We had an incredible stay at Alessia’s beautiful home in Torca! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the house itself was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. The air conditioning was a huge plus during the hot days, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub after long outings. Just a heads-up: you’ll definitely need a car to get here, and the roads are very narrow—so a small vehicle is best. There are some steps to reach the home, but trust me, the view is 100% worth it. Alessia was a great host, and we’d happily stay here again!

The location is pristine! Absolutely beautiful, modern and clean while great character and design. We would stay there again! Martina was great, communicative and provided snacks at the hotel for us. She even remembered we were going on our anniversary and got us some limoncello. So sweet of her!

The apartment was super nice and clean. The location was perfect for experiencing the city and Corrado was the best host we’ve ever had. He was super friendly and responsive, gave many recommendations for what to do and where to eat. At checkout he helped us book a taxi in advance which made our leave very easy and comfortable.

Stefano’s apartment is a real gem 💎 It’s beautifully decorated, clean, have all the amenities you need for a visit and is surrounded by lovely neighbours. The location is also perfect, as it provides an escape from the beautiful centre whilst being a great central point for various activities and getting around the city. Stefano was also an excellent host and provided very detailed information on check in (made it easy to find the flat), recommendations for the area and was always available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Napoli - thanks again Stefano 🇮🇹😊

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved Alvina & her apartment…she deserves more than 5-stars. Not only was the place incredibly clean & spacious for all of us, but Alvina was super accommodating to us every single day. The floors were HEATED and the AC was amazing. She was super helpful with restaurants and local things/suggestions for us. She was very much “mothering” us but in a positive manner! This was by far the best airbnb and BEST host. Alvina is just incredibly sweet, helpful, accommodating, and thoughtful (giving us water when we first got there/ trying to help with our luggage up the stairs). Great apartment, great host…priceless experience!

Giovanni’s house is the place to stay in Napoli! Central location close to everything, you can walk to the port and take ferries to Capri or anywhere on the amalfi coast. Giovanni is the best host, he checked on us everyday to see if we needed something, he’s a super host!

WOW!!! Casa FeNe and Federica did not disappoint. The flat was absolutely stunning, from the gorgeous Mediterranean views to the tasteful decor. The photos do not do justice for the space this flat has in it. The location was perfect for us, away from the busy cities of Positano and Amalfi but just right outside the front door was the bus stop to take us there! There are several wonderful restaurants just outside the front door as well. La Moressa has probably the BEST Risotto with Red Shrimp I have ever tasted in my lifetime! There is a small cafe and market with essentials just down the street. The stairs that will take you to the seaside and the marina are just around the corner and it is a very nice and somewhat shaded walk down. At one point we needed some assistance at a very inconvenient time of the day and within 5 minutes, Federica was there to help! She is a amazing host and if we returned to the Amalfi coast we would for sure look to stay at Casa FeNe again!

An amaizing host, beautiful place and well located.

Truly one of the best spots we’ve ever stayed at. Hosts seemingly thought of everything we could ever need and were so incredibly helpful. Offers a spot in Naples that’s away from a lot of tourism, so it feels like you get a true experience. Amazing bar right next door that honestly treated us like royalty. I highly highly highly recommend this spot. Easy access to public transportation, close to shopping, and amazing restaurants near by.

lovely stay at Ciro's - he and his family were very helpful, we enjoyed a relaxing cooking class and the Airbnb was beautiful and the perfect base to explore Amalfi and around. would recommend.
