This is precisely what we want to offer guests: a large and comfortable home without sacrifices. 350 meters from the railway station, 500 meters from the city center and 300 meters from the sea (Lungomare Nord-Cristoforo Colombo). Excellent sea view. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a large dedicated workspace. Unless otherwise agreed upon prior to booking for special needs, in the case of no more than 2 guests, one bedroom will be closed.

Relax in this quiet space in a central location, you can leave your car because you are three hundred meters from the shores and downtown. Ideal for two/three adults, or two adults and two children. The bilo consists of a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area, where you will also find a kitchen complete with dishes and a washing machine. The house, located in the historic heart of Termoli. Inside you will find a small bathroom with a shower and washing machine. A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe and a Smart TV with Netflix! At the entrance, the kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, minibar, and a part set up only for breakfast with a capsule coffee machine, a juicer and a kettle for tea. There is also a comfortable single bed and a sofa bed.

Located in the parallel of the main street with its restaurants, bars, and shops. Beaches and shores are within a 5-minute walk, as is the marina for boarding to the Tremiti Islands.
