The famous narrow alley "REJECELLE", the Swabian castle, the trabucco and the wall, where you can appreciate fantastic sunsets, are all in the vicinity of the accommodation.

It has been completely renovated and offers all the comforts (Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher). It is located a few minutes walk from the train station, the port (embarco Isole Tremiti), the beaches of Rio Vivo and Sant'Antonio, the ancient village and the "Paseo" area with various and numerous places.

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

Colle dell'Erco house is a completely renovated vacation home, surrounded by olive trees and overlooking the Sangro Valley and the Trabocchi Coast. It is 3 km from the sea and the bike path. Here you can stay in one of our two studios equipped with all comforts. Guests have access to the outdoor area, barbecue area and everything they need to enjoy nature in total relaxation.

The structure is located on the fourth floor (top apartment) without an elevator, but the breathtaking view of the Adriatic coast from the spacious terrace will surely make the climb up the stairs a very pleasant experience.
