Holiday rentals with beach access in Termoli

Barbara and her husband welcomed us with kindness and cordiality, they showed the place in detail and its features. They made themselves very helpful by giving us tips and useful information. The apartment was very clean and well equipped for families, including children's amenities. We had a really great time. We recommend it.

This was a wonderful place for us to relax and wind down. Right near the beach and many fantastic restaurants, Gelato and Grocery stores. Alessandro made us feel welcome and right at home.

To say that we had a good time would be too simplistic, we were perfectly and divinely well. A more than functional and comfortable accommodation, with attention to detail, in an enchanted place surrounded by olive trees that embraces the beautiful Trabocchi coast from above, welcomed by a splendid, hospitable, empathetic, communicative but never intrusive person: FLORIANA…the BEST of the BEST!!!!!!

From the beginning, everything was perfect: the communication with Sabrina was warm, reliable and uncomplicated. She is an incredibly lovely hostess, very attentive and absolutely accommodating. You can tell right away that she really cares about the well-being of her guests. The apartment itself is a small luxury paradise. Everything is high-quality, tastefully furnished and equipped with great attention to detail. We were particularly enthusiastic about the whirlpool - simply fantastic to relax after a long day and to end the evening. Another highlight was the modern smart home system. Everything can be controlled via a central tablet - from lighting to music - totally intuitively and comfortably. We had a lot of fun and felt like we were in a small high-tech hotel. House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Mohammed is a very welcoming and helpful host, for any need you can count on him. If you're staying here, you won't have to think about anything but relaxing. Beautiful apartment, decorated in an Italian style. Very clean. Fully equipped, the apartment had everything you needed and even more. Great location, 3-minute walk to the sea, max. 10 minutes to the center. In a quiet neighborhood. Ms. Simonetta is very nice and communicative. At the very beginning, she showed us places to go, recommended the best restaurants, and even ordered a taxi to the airport for a specific time. We are very pleased and we will definitely stay there when we visit Pescarze.

Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

The view and location were spectacular! Steps to restaurants and the beach! It was perfect!

We were guests of Sabrina because the children were engaged in a sports activity at Alnpalsport in Montesilvano. We had a great time, everything in order and clean, well-equipped kitchen, reserved car parking. Everything perfect.

Great place to stay with my girlfriends for our little beach trip. Within walking distance to the beach, and centre of town. Couple of supermarkets nearby, plenty of space, two bathrooms, extremely clean. Needing a little TLC as property is an old Italian style apartment, but couldn’t fault it really. Excellent! The hosts are around the corner, easy to communicate with, beautiful and quiet. Large American style fridge freezer, kitchen has everything you need. They left some breakfast for us, water in the fridge, and what strike me the most the apartment was extremely clean!!!!! Large balcony, blackout rail in shades.. You won’t be disappointed! Enjoy

We loved our stay at Giuseppe's place. Had some difficulties initially finding the place but the host was very responsive and helped us find it. The apartment is spacious and has everything needed (especially lovely towels). You can see the beach from the balcony. Train station right next to the building so you can hear the trains but that did not bother us and it was helpful for catching the train. We especially loved that the Via Verde cycle path is basically at the end of the road - our children loved the easy and safe cycle to Vasto marina! All in all we had a great time and would happily come back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Christian’s place. He was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is beautiful, modern, full of everything you could need and extremely clean. It was a wonderful weekend ( we immediately regretted that it was so short). Right from the start we were wonderfully looked after, Francesca was already waiting for us on the street, checking that we were ok. Thanks to her warm welcome despite my health problems, I knew straight away that it was going to be wonderful. Flat great, clean, spacious, 2 bathrooms!!! Water, magdalens, coffee everything is there to start the day well. Super fragrant toiletries in the shower, large towels. Sea view from the balcony.... Close to the beach. I recommend with all my heart and Francesca and the flat. We will 100% come back.😍🥰😍🥰

I greatly appreciated the attention to detail and care that Carmelina shows for the comfort of guests. The amenities were perfect, and the welcoming atmosphere made us feel at home. Short distance to the beach (5 min walking) or public transportation (3 min). It was a wonderful experience and we will certainly return when we have the chance again!

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

We had a great two week stay in this centrally located apartment. Parking was easy, so was checking in . The amenities in the two storey flat were as described on Airbnb‘s site. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with a large dining table, there was also a comfortable lounge (we didn’t really use it though), but the highlight must’ve been the rooftop terrace. Up there, it was possible to sit and have drinks and snacks whilst looking out the sea, and would’ve been possible to have a grill and eat dinner up there, too. The washing machine worked well and drying clothes on the roof, was extremely effective - no need for tumbler. We had a couple of small issues upon arrival, but these were dealt quickly and effectively - and in a very friendly manner - by our hosts. As said, we had a very pleasant stay, and will be using the flat again (if possible), if we return to the picturesque town of Vasto and need an Airbnb. :-)
