Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Terracina

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

When you say the perfect vacation.. Here it was!!! Very nice house, tidy, clean and equipped with all the comforts. But the icing on the cake was the hosts, Carlos, his wife Silvana and their son Alessandro. Beautiful people, always available. They put guests at ease as if they were at home. I don't just recommend it, but we'll definitely be back.

House with attention to the smallest details to guarantee the guest a wonderful stay! Garden equipped with table and chairs, sun loungers and barbecue to spend beautiful evenings in company and each room equipped with air conditioning for the hottest hours! The most hidden and appreciated gem is the shower in the garden...the shower after the sea under the stars is really a great gift!! Highly recommended!

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

Impeccable structure with all the comforts. The highlight is the pool area. In the evening, you can use the barbecue and spend time with the family. I recommend this accommodation. The owner is kind and flexible, even on check-out. In fact, she let me stay a little longer without leaving in a hurry. We will come back to see you.

It was a real pleasure staying at Veronica's place. We had a great time and being in the heart of this beautiful village in the evening we took a nice walk coming through the alleys made even more evocative by the night lights to the beautiful Caetani Castle that we were lucky enough to visit the next morning, despite being in the company of our dog Milù. A real gem of this structure is the very large hot tub nestled in the rock on the bottom of the house. Truly an Unforgettable Stay

Roberto’s place in Castel Gandolfo was absolutely perfect. It’s so well maintained and has everything you may need! Roberto was a kind host that even offered to drive me from the train station. The home is in a perfect location just a 3 minute walk from the main square of the town. Definitely a slower/quiet area at least when I was there in October but stunningly beautiful :)

We had a great stay and the view is as beautiful as the pictures! A great location to explore and take advantage of the local walks and scenery.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! There were three of us, and the place was perfect for our group. It was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still very quiet at night. Our host was extremely welcoming and always quick to respond to any questions. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

What a nice house! Even though we were there before a death, we really had a home feeling. Beautiful, quiet and clean home. The communication was very good. We will definitely be back soon! Found a nice place to return to my homeland more often. Thank you for everything.

Perfect structure in a fantastic village... place and home of the heart...

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

Giorgia’s place is pretty, comfortable, well equipped and very clean. The terrace and the garden are lovely and the view to the sea too. The location is great, very close to Gaeta and not far from Sperlonga. There are plenty of nice beaches and hikes to explore. Giorgia was always very supportive and gave us nice suggestions of activities, restaurants and places to visit. The only downside its the main road which is nearby and we can hear the cars from the garden/terrace. We loved our stay and we highly recommend it.

Gianluca was incredibly responsive and had a lovely home. His mother greeted us for check in and was incredibly sweet. She even helped us by offering to call ahead to a local restaurant before we went. Their home provided a great opportunity for my wife and I to see where my family originated from. The home had incredible views of the castle and mountains. We had a fantastic stay at the Airbnb and in Itri.

We had a really nice holiday in Anzio. The house is really big with lovely patio, garden and pool area. It is also walking distance from the beach. I recommend you to visit Anzio and Nettuno when staying there. Astermilyn was very helpful host and gave us a lot of tips for restaurants and stores near by. The area is quiet and peaceful so renting a car is much recommended.

Danilo was very responsive and welcoming. The house was perfect for our family of 8. The landscape/yard is beautiful. The house is as advertised.

My parents wanted to stay in a peaceful countryside and this was the perfect place! Surrounded by nature, this very rustic and charming house is what made us feel like we were in the heart of Italy. The best part was how accommodating our hostess Maria was. She offered to pick us up from the train station as we got a bit lost, she also offered to show us around town on our first day there. She really made the area of Roca di pappa have a lasting impression. Thank you Maria, for being such a warm and generous host!

The views from the property were simply stunning, overlooking both the valley and the sea, especially at sunset. The location was ideal—just a short drive or walk to the charming old town and great restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet enough to feel like a true getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful vacation in this apartment with my family. The apartment has exceeded our expectations from every point of view. One of the highlights is definitely the ample outdoor space, ideal for relaxing and for children to play safely. The rooms are very spacious and complete with all the necessary materials, making the stay comfortable and worry-free. Air conditioning was a real relief on the hottest days. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea, allowing us to easily explore the area without having to move too far. But what really made a difference was Paola's welcome and support, which was exceptional from the first moment. We felt really welcome and assisted in our every need. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful and pleasant vacation. Thank you very much to Paola for making the stay so special!

Donatella’s house was a beautiful & serene place to spend several days while visiting Gaeta & its nearby beaches. It has comfortable sunny sitting areas, one with picture postcard views of the sea, the other in a lush garden. The house is comfortable & nicely laid out with bedrooms away from the kitchen/sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking though we mostly walked into town & brought food in to dine on the lovely terrace. We did not have a car, but it was a quick (10 min.) & easy walk to a beautiful beach (but for a small stretch of highway that is not for the faint of heart – or children). Also relatively easy walking into the town of Gaeta once you clear a small stretch of busy highway (which I would not walk after dark due to cars and visibility on the winding stretch of road). If you are unable to walk hills and some distance, we would recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. We enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant and relaxing experience and would return.
