You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with a high ceiling, exposed timber frame, and a glass-panelled Tennentor window with a view of the village square.

Auf 30 qm erwarten dich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche sowie ein offener Wohnbereich mit Küche. Von der Terrasse und durch die bodenverglasten Fenster blickst du weit übers Feld und kannst Rehe, Hasen und Störche beobachten. Der Kamin schafft an kalten Tagen Atmosphäre, die Infrarotheizung sorgt für Komfort. Ideal zum Entschleunigen.

Freut euch auf Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse, entspannte Stunden in der Gartensauna und viel Platz für gemeinsame Zeit mit Familie oder Freunden. Die Elbe, der Sumter See und zahlreiche Radwege sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wer mag, entdeckt die Elbtalaue bei einem Alpaka-Spaziergang unserer Nachbarin.

The 45 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), cable TV, a washing machine as well as a dryer. This apartment features a private garden for a serene and relaxing stay. The Elbe river is 4 km away.

The perfect place for water sports enthusiasts, families, dog owners and nature lovers. The house has a spacious private sandy beach with exclusive access to Lake Prüßsee. Nature is beautiful at any time of the year and can be explored from your own jetty with boats and SUPs. Fishing in your own lake area is possible free of charge.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

The apartment is quietly located with wonderful views of the countryside on a 1 hectare garden property. Bicycles can be rented, there is a barbecue and a private bar counter in the huge barn. Suitable for families as well as for cycling or motorbike excursions, for hunting trips, for hiking or just to enjoy undisturbed weekends in the evening sun in a lovingly restored Lower Saxon hall farmhouse with a "Göpel" (breakfast room).

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Right on the Elbe, you can work or relax. The 85 sqm apartment is located in a cul-de-sac directly on the Elbe on the 2nd floor. Here you will find all the shops, as well as the beautiful old town with numerous restaurants. A bike path is right next to the property.

The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.
