The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

The newly renovated apartment with separate entrance is located in the basement of our house! With a total of 4 rooms, bedroom 1 with double and single bed, bedroom 2 with sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with large shower, an open kitchen with large dining area, ideal for 1 to 5 people! A total of 70 square meters lovingly and modernly furnished! Very central, quiet location in Untersiemau, exactly between the basket maker town of Lichtenfels, the fortress town of Coburg and the world heritage city of Bamberg!

Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

The edge of the forest and the starting point "Wanderbares Deutschland" are just a few minutes' walk away and the adventure playground for the little ones is also just 100 m away.

"Benno the Wagon" - a tiny house on the edge of the forest

"Benno the Car" was originally an old shooting stand, which we converted into a tiny house with a lot of passion and love for detail. In it you can now stay in the middle of nature and still feel at home. On about 16 square meters you have everything you really need to live. Benno stands near a detached cottage outside Kleintettau in the Franconian Forest. On a meadow on the edge of the forest, he says good night to the fox and rabbit and is happy about company!

When master baker Hans Lange settled here in Saalfed in 1546 with the secret Nuremberg gingerbread recipe, no one could have guessed that his business would continue for 19 generations. We, as the 20th generation, cannot bake as well as our ancestors, but we would like to welcome you instead to our former bakery shop and thus continue the family tradition in a slightly different form. 2 room fully equipped apartment in the center

I offer a vacation rental in the center of Saalfeld. The apartment is equipped with everything (except salt, pepper and oil) and has a separate entrance. Everything worth seeing in Saalfeld can be reached on foot and there is free parking behind the house. Opposite is another (1 room) apartment that I also rent via Airbnb. When booking the property for tourist activities, a tourist tax is due. The parking is monitored by cameras.

Timber construction trailer

The construction trailer made of larch wood is ideal for a romantic vacation for two. While lying in the loft bed, you can watch the stars through the large panoramic window or comfortably drink a cup of tea in front of the fireplace. In the small bathroom there is a sink and the compost toilet. In the building for the campers on the premises, you also have the possibility to shower and use a "normal" toilet.
