Holiday rentals with breakfast in Tetuán

Clean and quiet place to stay. The location was excellent - close to a metro step and walking distance to a busy part of town. Mercedes was also an extremely friendly and helpful host. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here!

Excellent place to stay. Patricia is an American living in Spain for 40 yrs - thus the best of both worlds. Spotless location, very accommodating and friendly. An entire room and living room to yourself so plenty of space . I came in June and NO A/C in the bedroom would be fine anytime outside of summer , but for me this one detail made the stay quite sweaty at nights :) A fan is over the bed which just moved warm air :) - all to say, something to consider about staying here in the summer. Apt on 8th floor w elevators, so luggage not an issue. Thank you, Patricia!

Carlos war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber und sehr grosszügig und herzlich. Bei unserer Ankunft begrüsste er uns mit einer unglaublichen Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken (laktosefreie Milch, Vollmilch, Sojamilch, Tee, Kaffee, Marmelade, Butter, Toastbrot, Obst, Croissants, Wein, Bier etc). Carlos war sehr hilfreich und aufmerksam. Er gab uns im vorab viele Empfehlungen für Madrid und war auch während unserem Aufenthalt jederzeit erreichbar und fürsorglich. Ausserdem hatte er eine Metro Karte zur Verfügung gestellt, den wir aufladen und benutzen konnten, dies verinfachte unsere Rundreise in Madrid. Die Wohnung war makellos. Alles war sehr sauber und sorgfältig gepflegt. Carlos hatte kleine Aufmerksamkeiten (Schokoladen, Kerzen, Handcreme und Gesichtsmasken) in jedem Zimmer für uns hinterlassen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer). Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen und hatten viel Raum. Wir danken Carlos für Alles! Bleib so wie du bist ❤

Excelente sitio. Un lugar muy lindo, limpio y cómodo. Los anfitriones 10 puntos. Marisol es una persona excepcional muy preocupada por qué te sientas cómodo, darte el desayuno y de probar sus platos y ofrecerte ayuda en todo. Además de que la casa esté siempre limpia y reluciendo. Gran casa española!

Great stay at Pilar’s for a family of 4. We asked for a parking spot and it was made available. Small, but well equipped kitchen and bedrooms. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Rafael es un gran anfitrión y una persona amable y cercana, muy recomendable. El alojamiento tal y como descrito. Nos explicó alternativas para llegar al alojamiento en transporte público y nos recibió a la llegada, a pesar del horario del vuelo. Nos mostró el apartamento, dónde podíamos encontrar todos los utensilios, etc. y un detalle que se agradece mucho es refrescos y agua en la nevera así como desayuno y café. La ubicación excelente puesto que íbamos a un evento en el Metropolitano. Si regresamos a Madrid, será nuestra primera opción si está disponible. Muchas gracias

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa, el alojamiento muy bien acondicionado, no solo por lo limpio, ordenado sino por las comodidades que nos esperaban al entrar; desde galletas, zumo, leche, mantequilla, café en cápsulas para la estancia hasta abundante pan. La lavadora funciona de maravilla. El edificio muy tranquilo, con buen ascensor y lo genial: SU UBICACIÓN CERCA DE TODO LO HERMOSO DEL CENTRO Y TRIANGULO CULTURAL DE MADRID.

After a couple weeks staying in uncomfortable spaces in Spain, Ana's apartment was an incredibly welcome surprise. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, everything worked, and the bathroom deserves its own 5-star review. Ana was the perfect host - she waited patiently for me at the apartment after my train arrived late, she gave me great tips for navigating the city, and she communicated clearly throughout. The location is also ideal for someone looking to explore Madrid. It's just outside the chaos of the city center but close enough where everything is in walking distance. Bonus points for being less than a 5-minute walk from El Retiro, the city's massive park. I couldn't recommend this apartment more. Next time I'm in Madrid, I'll definitely be looking for this place.

The place was nice, tidy and smells good! Home was very cozy. 🩷 If you are looking for a place to stay, Juliana’s place would be your best bet! Very close to the train station, convenience stores and pharmacy just a few steps away.. And community is very quiet! Thank you Juliana and Duchi for the amazing stay. 🩷

From the start she was very helpful, giving clear instructions from the station to the door. Although she wasn’t confident to use English and my Spanish is minimal, she was very quick to use an app to explain the set up. I was only there for one night, which must have been an inconvenience for her, but she was very friendly, and provided the perfect breakfast. It was particularly hot in Madrid that week, but the room had an effective aircon unit, which helped.

A very pleasant accommodation, the apartment was great, clean, and well-connected to public transport. Rocio was a fantastic host, and her company was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in the area—whatever you need is within easy reach.
