Welcome to our exclusive apartment located in the heart of Chamberí, where the essence of minimalist luxury awaits you! Features enjoyed by my guests: -Independent access from the street to our group of CHAMBERI LIVING apartments, located on the second floor with private elevator, guarantees you maximum privacy , comfort and independence. With meticulous design and a clear commitment to minimalist elegance, this apartment will captivate you. Every detail has been carefully selected to offer you a sophisticated and cozy atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the vibrant city of Madrid. The kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances, independent laundry and everything you need to make you feel at home. Its open concept design merges with a spacious living room, a bar with high stools and a nice glass window bathes the space with warm natural light. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should take into account: -During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The bathroom has double access from the bedroom and the living room, allowing its independent use. In the bedroom, dreamy nights await you thanks to the comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and the careful design will transport you to the experience of a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. This cozy and wonderful 45m2 apartment is located at Calle del General Cabrera 21, in Madrid. With capacity for up to 2 guests, here you will find all the basics to have a good stay. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building. and it is necessary to go down some stairs to access the apartment. As you can see in the photos, our basic apartment consists of the following rooms: - an equipped kitchen and dining table with 4 chairs. - a double bed of 1.80 m. - living room with sofa and Smart TV - bathroom with sink and shower. - and bedroom with an additional TV with Smart TV The loft-style apartment is very comfortable and will allow you to rest after long days walking through the fascinating city of Madrid. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest. Towels, bedding, gel, shampoo and hand soap are provided for first use. The climate control system is configured by season (heating mode in winter / cooling mode in summer) to ensure an optimal temperature at any time. This apartment has self check in entrance. A credit card will be requested as a deposit without holding or charging. If damage is found, up to 300 euros may be charged.

This building was constructed quite recently, so everything you see is new. The first thing we see is a spacious living room, pretty bright thanks to its large exterior windows. It is equipped with a 43" HD Smart TV, hi-speed optical fibre internet connection (around 100mbps), A/C with heating mode, a foldable dining table with room for 4 people and a premium quality sofa/bed that, when open, provides good quality rest on its 1,35m wide mattress. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with the main appliances and elements needed for cooking, apart from offering complimentary basic products such as oil, salt, coffee, sugar, etc. The bedroom has a 1,35m wide double bed, two bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe where you can store all your clothes and belonging comfortably. The area is quiet during the night and the bedroom is oriented to a private patio, so silence and rest during the night are guaranteed. The bathroom is located next to the entrance and it is equipped with a shower cabin, mirror, electric radiator/towel dryer and a travel hairdryer. The optional parking spot is in a secured public car park located 280 meters away from the apartment and has a cost of 12€ per day of stay.
