Please inquire about prices and availability. Please read the house rules before booking and respect them during your stay. No parties or events of any kind are allowed. Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the room and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required. Smoking inside the room or staying with pets is also a violation of the house rules and therefore, if evidence of these two activities is found the tenant will be fined €100.

This cozy and wonderful 45m2 apartment is located at Calle del General Cabrera 21, in Madrid. With capacity for up to 2 guests, here you will find all the basics to have a good stay. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building. and it is necessary to go down some stairs to access the apartment. As you can see in the photos, our basic apartment consists of the following rooms: - an equipped kitchen and dining table with 4 chairs. - a double bed of 1.80 m. - living room with sofa and Smart TV - bathroom with sink and shower. - and bedroom with an additional TV with Smart TV The loft-style apartment is very comfortable and will allow you to rest after long days walking through the fascinating city of Madrid. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest. Towels, bedding, gel, shampoo and hand soap are provided for first use. The climate control system is configured by season (heating mode in winter / cooling mode in summer) to ensure an optimal temperature at any time. This apartment has self check in entrance. A credit card will be requested as a deposit without holding or charging. If damage is found, up to 300 euros may be charged.

This building was constructed quite recently, so everything you see is new. The first thing we see is a spacious living room, pretty bright thanks to its large exterior windows. It is equipped with a 43" HD Smart TV, hi-speed optical fibre internet connection (around 100mbps), A/C with heating mode, a foldable dining table with room for 4 people and a premium quality sofa/bed that, when open, provides good quality rest on its 1,35m wide mattress. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with the main appliances and elements needed for cooking, apart from offering complimentary basic products such as oil, salt, coffee, sugar, etc. The bedroom has a 1,35m wide double bed, two bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe where you can store all your clothes and belonging comfortably. The area is quiet during the night and the bedroom is oriented to a private patio, so silence and rest during the night are guaranteed. The bathroom is located next to the entrance and it is equipped with a shower cabin, mirror, electric radiator/towel dryer and a travel hairdryer. The optional parking spot is in a secured public car park located 280 meters away from the apartment and has a cost of 12€ per day of stay.
