It is fully equipped and features 40 square meters, comprising a living-dining room, a built-in bed, a bathroom, and a full kitchen. It has a maximum capacity for two people, making it perfect for couples, families business trips. This bright, exterior-facing space boasts thoughtful design and includes high-speed Wi-Fi, climate control, both air conditioning and heating, and a separate entrance. The living room has a dining table, and a Smart TV. The bed measures 190 x 150 cm. The kitchen is fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kitchenware, etc. The bathroom is separate and complete with a shower. The apartment also has an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, etc., and bed linen and towels are provided. Entry to this apartment is self-service (using the access code we will provide), so you can arrive at any time (after the permitted check-in time). The following services are offered: cleaning, replacement of bed linens and towels, finding a nearby parking space, airport transfer service, and more. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with the main appliances and elements needed for cooking, apart from offering complimentary basic products such as oil, salt, coffee, sugar, etc. The bedroom has a 1,35m wide double bed, two bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe where you can store all your clothes and belonging comfortably. The area is quiet during the night and the bedroom is oriented to a private patio, so silence and rest during the night are guaranteed.
