With an open concept design, it integrates seamlessly with a spacious living room, through a bar with high stools. The room has spectacular windows as you bask in the warmth of the natural light that floods the space. During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should consider: -The location is unbeatable. Completed bathroom The bathroom is completed with everything you need for your stay: shower gel and towels. The main bed has bedside tables on both sides and plug sockets nearby, ideal for charging devices without leaving the sleeping area. Facilities for families with babies If you are travelling with a baby, we offer additional equipment to make your stay more comfortable: Cot: available for a supplement of €30. Highchair: available at an additional cost of €20. If you need both, the joint price is 40 € (cot 30 € + highchair 10 €). Please remember to request these services in advance so that we can prepare them properly before your arrival. This building was constructed quite recently, so everything you see is new. The first thing we see is a spacious living room, pretty bright thanks to its large exterior windows. It is equipped with a 43" HD Android TV, hi-speed optical fibre internet connection (around 100mbps), A/C with heating mode, a dining area with a large table with room for 4 people and a premium quality sofa/bed that, when open, provides good quality rest on its 1,35m wide mattress. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with the main appliances and elements needed for cooking, apart from offering complimentary basic products such as oil, salt, coffee, sugar, etc. The bedroom has a 1,35m wide double bed, two bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe where you can store all your clothes and belonging comfortably. The area is quiet during the night and the bedroom is oriented to a private patio, so silence and rest are during the night are guaranteed. The bathroom is located next to the entrance and it is equipped with a shower cabin, mirror, electric radiator/towel dryer and a travel hairdryer.
