Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Thai Mueang District

This villa deserves 5.0/5.0. There are many pluses for this villa; What I liked the most is ventilation in balcony lets you enjoy evenings in open air on the balcony. Kitchen is amazing with all appliances and instruments. There is washing machine, dishwasher, and tumble dryer. This is plus for families with children. The pool is big enough. Close to the beach, restaurants, street food and currency exchange. We would like to return back this villa again. Having warm pools right outside our doorsteps without any tourists was incredible! The property had a really nice gym and beautiful backdrops for taking some amazing nature pictures. We also had our own private beach within a 3-minute walk. Next door was the Renaissance, which had multiple 4.5-star restaurants, all within a 5-minute walk. 5/5 recommend.

We found the place just perfect! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Coffee lovers will appreciate the available moka pot. There are plenty of extras provided (like an umbrella, beach chair, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.) that are very useful for your first days. We also left a few helpful items behind for the next guests. The apartment is located in a quiet area, away from noisy cafes and loud music, which can be a problem at the opposite end of the beach. The bed is very comfortable, with a firm mattress. Water and electricity were paid based on meter readings, and for two weeks we spent around 1,400 baht. Nearby, you'll find lots of cafes and an excellent beach with plenty of photo spots. On the left side of the beach, there’s soft, clean sand without leaves or sticks. The water entry is sandy, with no rocks or corals. We loved everything about our stay, and if we return to Thailand, we’ll definitely stay here again!

We finally had the opportunity to stay at Lyn’s. We’ve been here for several years but never an opportunity to stay as it’s rarely available. Lyn’s place is perfect for small families. Spacious, free of clutter, clean & as described. The complex was quiet due to the low season hence pricing was value for money. What we loved most was the small functional touches at Lyn’s that made a lot of difference such as umbrella, table cloths, laundry baskets, laundry detergents, kitchen paper towels and mid stay cleaning service. I’d definitely recommend Lyn’s if you’re looking at staying in Mai Khao. Just know that unless you’re staying in somewhere like Patong where it’s walkable; a rented vehicle will help in terms of mobility.

We loved our stay at Room61! Helpful and communicative host. Home is beautiful, well equipped, very clean and had everything you need! Wifi is 1000mbps and there is a laundrette and 7-eleven on the corner! Easy private parking, near airport and a 10min drive to the beautiful beach with so many restaurants and bars to choose from. Couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place had everything and more than what we needed :-) Thank you for a easy and comfortable stay! A host that really goes that extra mile

During the first stay in Thailand I could not have been blessed more than having had Oom as a hostess. She is a very kind hostess who shared deep insight into the plentiful Thai culture and Buddhist understanding. The accommodation was kept throughout the stay in pristine condition, which was very much appreciated. The local neighbors are very kind - met them always with a gentle smile. :) The bicycle provided by Oom was kept in a very good condition - it was of utmost joy riding through Phang Nga and appreciating the local abundant cultural heritage and places of either very well kept and/or untouched nature. 🙏 Sincerest recommendations to anyone and all who are looking to unwind and/or embrace the truly peaceful, serene nature present in (always sunny 😊) Thailand. ☀️

We recently returned from a vacation that the whole family spent (14 people, 3 to 81 years old) at a villa in Thailand – and it was the best decision! Unlike a hotel, you didn't have to spend time exploring the territory, everything was at hand. The villa is spacious and everyone had their own seating area. A special treat is the Win cook, who cooked delicious and varied dishes for us. The pool is without time restrictions, children could swim at least all night. On the territory there is everything you need – washing machine and dryer, table tennis, badminton. Walking distance to the beach, but only 7 - 10min by taxi. The beach itself is clean, the coastline is large, the waves depend on the weather. Olga, the hostess of the villa, was always in touch, helped with any questions. As a result, the stay was unforgettable – comfort, coziness, and complete relaxation! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We chose this place as headquarters for our trip (15 days total). Since the moment we walked in the front door we were met with the exact description of the AirBnB we hoped to get. Spacious house with all the amenities, bathrooms for every room and amazing showers and tubs on the outside which gives us a sense of paradise. The pool was indeed the best part of the house with enough room for several people to enjoy the quiet and peaceful moments in the water. House completely equipment for the challenging Thai heat. Great AC units paired up with ceiling fans that will make sure the house is nice and cool. Also, every room has blinds. The washer and dryer were indeed a must, given the fact we had rain for multiple days. House situated in a calm and welcoming neighborhood. Sometimes the light switches to the bathrooms are in the rooms and it might take a little time to understand which is which. Highly recommend this place! We loved every single second!

Wonderful space! Super clean, excellent location. We have stayed at this condo for the past 10 years in various units and this is one of the most well positioned units. The condo is directly on the beach with many 5* resorts in walking distance so you can take advantage of their F&B or buy food from the nearby mini mart and cook yourself. We hire a car from the airport to get around and explore the area and drive off the island highly recommended. :)

We are absolutely delighted with Mel. She thinks of everything (including Replacement batteries), is always responsive and helpful. The apartment is perfectly sufficient for four people. All electrical devices worked properly. We did not find the sounds of the air conditioning to be disturbing. The Wi-Fi reception in the apartment was sufficient for us. The outdoor area is clean, the pools very suitable for swimming. The equipment in the gym is fine. The other guests in the complex were quiet, so everyone could relax. The sandy beach and seawater are clean. There are no boat docks available, so it is quiet on the beach. There were no dogs and no mosquitoes at the beach. Drinks and food at the beach bar are good, tasty and reasonable in price. There is a shuttle service to the "Turtle Village" every 30 minutes, where shopping is located. Taxis are in front of the complex or use the GRAVE or BOLT. We'd love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful flat. The surrounding grounds were immaculate, and the pool was a real highlight. A gorgeous beach is just across the road, making it a perfect location. Despite being just minutes from shops and restaurants, the flat is very peaceful and quiet. The host was excellent, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
