We just had a 3 night stay at this beautiful apartment. Well, what can I say, all round amazing! The apartment is superb, the location is superb and the hosts (Nathalie) totally amazing! From the moment I booked the accommodation to the time we left the facility, Nathalie was there making sure everything goes as planned. Thank you for making our trip a wonderful experience! We will definatly be coming back to you guys. The accommodation & its facilities are amazing. Right on the beach with beautiful sea views from all the rooms,. The location is superb too, literally a few minutes walk to all the key sights, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment. Don’t need a car at all! The Ramsgate main sands, right outside of your door, with a long stretch of beach which has golden sand. During low tide, you can walk for miles. The flat feels brand new, it has all the mod cons & so clean. The hosts have even thought of all the small touches such as tea, coffee etc. Totally amazing!

This apartment is fabulous, as it's overlooking the beach and sea it's very quiet. You cannot hear a sound from any of the other apartments either. It's spotlessly clean, beds are very comfortable and there's lots of kitchen equipment with up to date ovens, hob etc.

Fantastic location for a perfect seaside holiday stay. Simone was a fantastic host who provided multiple instructions and the amenities in the property were exactly what we needed for our weekend away.

From the onset communication with Wendy was brilliant. Clear check in instructions , really helpful tips of local eateries . We were really happy with the quality of apartment , it really was a home from home with high end appliances, good quality crockery , coffee machine , washing machine , etc. this apartment literally has everything you need , we packed things we just didn’t need because the apartment had it! The views are really nice overlooking the beach. Biscuits and milk left for a welcomed cuppa on arrival. Everything was also super clean . Would highly recommend .

Absolutely loved my stay at this apartment for bank holiday weekend! Host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful—always quick to answer any questions and made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. The apartment itself is beautiful. It’s also in a super convenient location, close to everything you might need. Definitely worth the stay and I would 100% come back again. Highly recommended!

Thank you Sophie, the house felt like a home. The books, the toys, the rooms, the garden an added bonus for the little people. “but why can’t we stay longer” asked grandchild. Appreciated the earlier check in, and thank you for your flexibility and understanding with our car problems.

Helen’s house is all she describes and more, absolutely spotless too! She honestly thought of everything, including for the dogs! It’s a fabulous house, we had an amazing time, The perfect place to celebrate our Anniversary with the family! Great Location and very good restaurant suggestions! What a find! Hannah’s place is perfect for young families, we were blown away by the toys and play equipment, our boys loved it so much. The bungalow is bigger than we imagined, good sized rooms and huge garden! There were 4 adults, 3 toddlers/babies and 1 dog and we had plenty of space. The best thing though was location - a minutes walk to a beautiful beach! A wonderful weekend full of memories, thank you Hannah.

We spent 5 nights at Debra’s beautiful home in Tankerton over my daughter’s half term holiday. It was exactly what we needed - a home away from home. The perfect space for her to study and relax together, while allowing me to catch up with friends and explore Tankerton, Whitstable and all the lovely restaurants and shops. Thank you so much Debra, I hope we’ll be back.

Lovely house, really comfortable and clean. Lovely private courtyard and we loved the hot tub. Great location within easy reach of great restaurants, bars, shops and of course the beach.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. Dee and Jeff were exceptional hosts, very friendly and welcoming. They really do go the extra mile, as all the reviews say - to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The barn was everything I expected and more, you could see there were so many nice personal touches and preparation that went into making our stay as amazing as it was - from the complimentary breakfast (locally sourced), to the mobile charger and bottles of water by the bedside. Also, loved having access to Netflix and Prime! Will absolutely recommend and stay again, maybe in the Autumn/Winter time to take advantage of the log burner and fire pit outside!

The house was perfect for us to get together with my daughter and grandchildren, who live close by. Extremely well stocked with everything you could need for a perfect stay. Thank you we will definitely recommend your house.

You, and your husband, showed her kindness, attention and... a bonus lift I understand so she didn't require a taxi! Thank you so much. When I came to collect her she was raving about her stay! Now the airbnb stuff... The annex is perfectly turned out. Spotlessly clean. The appliances are easy to use and well explained. The bedroom is spacious and your gardens are very well cared for. The television is easy to use and the wifi instant. I couldn't recommend your place more. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at this very nice apartment. Rebecca was very responsive and friendly. Great location to explore Folkestone with its many wonderful restaurants - with lots offering many Gluten Free options. The complimentary items were much appreciated.

Pauline is an excellent host, was very helpful recommending restaurants to book in Whitstable. We really enjoyed our stay at Mollys Place, comfortable, everything we needed, easy walk into Whitstable. Only a couple of minutes to reach the walk along the coast. We also found it was easy access from Mollys Place to the road network when travelling around Kent. Overall excellent stay, highly recommended.

What can I say, Dave & Michelle are fantastic hosts who made sure we had everything we needed. Amazing apartment with such lovely gardens to look out at. The apartment was spotless and soo welcoming and comfortable, it truly was home from home, Towels were so lovely and fluffy and along with the linen all looked brand new. The hot tub was the next level, soo good, large nice and deep looks out so u can see some of the sea and the sunsets were fantastic. Dave helped us with uncovering and recovering the tub and the water was lovely and hot the whole time, so no waiting for it to warm up. We’ll definitely be returning and couldn’t reckon more highly. Thank you 🤩

Nathan was extremely nice and quick at responding. Nathan let us check in 30 mins early as we got there faster than scheduled. We loved our stay as we got to relax and forget about our busy work schedules. The place is extremely comfortable and homey, perfect for a romantic dinners and relaxation. We came by train so buses and train stations were very near. In conclusion its the pefect stay for a couple!
