A perfectly charming, clean , comfortable, home away from home….Lots of water activities, close to all shopping, Wineries, and local beaches; a quiet get-a-way to unplug , restore and renew :) we will definitely be back!

Easy trip to Hamptons, don’t miss the Farm stand and Porco’s Breakfast Deli both a short walk!

This is a spectacular property and the hosts could not have been more lovely to deal with. If you think the pictures are great- they don’t even begin to do the setting justice. “Magical” is fitting!

We came to the Hamptons for a wedding and really lucked out finding Mark’s beautiful home. The setting is gorgeous, set in a horse farm with pond, tennis courts, pool. The home is clean and super comfortable . But the best part of our stay was meeting Mark and Julie and getting a feel of what it is like to live in the Hamptons. Really- so lucky to have found this place!

Listing was exactly as advertised: a charming, cozy cottage in Trumbull, had all the necessities, lots of shops and stores within driving distance. Loys of room, perfect for large families. Stephanie was very welcoming and super responsive. Would love to stay again next time we visit CT!

We stayed for our honeymoon - long weekend and first time Hamptons visitors. Very clean, organized and cozy space with nice decorations. All amenities listed were available. We really enjoyed the hot tub and firepit, very peaceful and private area. You should have a car to get around to restaurants, shops, and other outdoor activities. Lots of areas were walking, bike, and scooter friendly. There were so many beautiful views of the water!! Would stay here again, great value.

We had the best weekend celebrating my sister’s bachelorette at Nicole’s place. The house is beautiful and spacious, the grounds are also beautiful and we were completely charmed by the chickens. I was especially impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was. It was so easy to get to all of the wineries in the area. Nicole was a lovely, responsive and thoughtful host. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

The perfect place for 8 friends to stay for a wedding! Great location near vineyards, breweries and restaurants. The house was very clean with plenty of room for guests and super comfortable beds.

We had a fantastic stay at the Floating Barn! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and uniquely decorated. Everything we needed was provided, including a fully stocked kitchen, pool towels, and fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect—quiet yet close enough to everything. We especially enjoyed the saltwater pool and guidebook recommendations, including Country View Farmstand (amazing pies)! Andrew and Elizabeth are incredibly responsive and made check-in seamless. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to return!

Truly a home away from home! The house was well-appointed with many thoughtful amenities provided by the host. The backyard was a peaceful oasis with many areas provided for relaxation and conversation. The sun room provided additional space for games which was nice. Also, the home is conveniently located not far from shopping and restaurants. Del is a considerate and attentive host. You will enjoy your visit!

We loved the home, we stayed with another couple, great walkability to a nice coffee place and several good restaurants. Perfect spot to explore the North fork and even the South fork. The big yard was a big plus, especially since it was completely fenced it which our dogs very much enjoyed (as did we). We would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay at the farm house. There were a few technical challenges during our stay; but the host was extremely responsive and worked to fix the issue same day. Highly recommend the property and the host! Thank you!

Perfect space to celebrate Christmas this year. The house is private (set back from the main road) and the views were beautiful. We had a question at check-in, the property management company was quick to respond and resolve the issue. Perfect location for a home base when visiting the Long Island wineries!

Had a wonderful stay at Paul's. He was incredibly responsive and lovely to interact with. The house is tastefully designed - it's such a pretty cottage, lovely touches throughout and his design sensibility shines through. The backyard was really the highlight for us. The landscaping is stunning (imagine a backyard full of hydrangeas) and you could spend all of your time out there - between the pool, the firepit, the lighting, outdoor shower and patio, we found ourselves not wanting to leave. There is even a beautifully restored and, I imagine historical, restored family cemetery at the back of the property. We enjoyed the short trips over to Smith Point and Fire Island, and wandering Bellport and Brookhaven, where there are many beautiful homes and terrific local farms. Definitely recommend!

This place was a dream! Such a gorgeous location- it felt secluded and close to a lot of great restaurants and shops. We stayed for a friends wedding and it was absolutely perfect and very comfortable for us. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Check-in was flexible (we arrived after a red eye) and were able to check in early, which was a game changer. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would stay here again!

We were happy with our stay. It allowed my family all be together during a funeral for my brother. I appreciated the owner being a good host and allowing us to bring our two small dogs with us. The size of the house made it comfortable for all my family members.Thank you.

This is wonderful home, especially if you are traveling as a family. We stayed with our two kids and two pups. We had such a great time. I can’t say enough about Andrew s hospitality, responsiveness as well as how well appointed and set his house was. He made sure it was possible and easy for us to get to the beach ( and this was my number one worry having an 8 month old and a 4 year old!). The beach, the restaurants, the bakery ( Carissa’s!)- were all amazing and biking distance or a very quick drive. A farm stand right around the corner - 5 mins walk. We had a very relaxing trip, and I was not expecting to relax this time at all!( skeptical me!). Andrew had everything we needed for the baby, and even let us use their excellent library of children’s books and arts and crafts. I definitely recommend Andrew s home and would stay there in a heartbeat. Thank you for a great stay.

This was one of the loveliest AirBnBs I’ve ever stayed in. It is obvious the home is well maintained and cared for. The backyard is stunning. It is better than the pictures! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Camille is a helpful host. A very peaceful getaway. We will absolutely return! 5 stars all around.

Absolutely loved our time on the farm. As someone who grew up out on the North Fork it was a return home with the most beautiful surroundings. Post Labor Day, the pool was still open (and warm)! The sun was shining during our bike rides to the incredibly close beach, and we had fresh veggies from the farm stand, right out front, every day. Such a treat, cannot wait to stay again and make some more great memories with family and friends.

Adorable cottage surrounded by beautifully maintained foliage. Perfect location; just a few steps from the water and a great restaurant and only 15 minutes from East Hampton Village.

A quaint cottage that was sparkling clean. Access to the Peconic from a private dock with the available kayaks and canoes. There is a pristine built-in pool with new decking. There was a 10 minute drive to Hampton Bays town with great restaurants, grocery and shopping.
