Great, quiet place with outside space. No kitchen but we didn’t require it and Diane was kind enough to get us banana bread and creamer for coffee the next morning. Yum. The bed is comfy but my husband is on the taller side so we did have to maneuver to sleep. Overall great stay😊

We had a sweet 4-day stay at Hector's. The apartment/"cottage" is located in a quiet part of Springs, close enough to restaurants, but happily removed from the Hamptons Scene. The apartment is small and pretty basic, but comfortable, with a variety of lovely personal touches. It feels a bit funky, artsy and secluded among beautiful landscaping. The well-kept pool area and access to parking at a nearby bay beach (beach chairs and towels are provided) were highlights for us, making this a special place to hide out for a few days.

We love staying at George’s place, it feels just like home away from home for us. We’ve visited this property several times over the years, most recently with our son who’s now old enough to fully enjoy the yard on his own. He had a fantastic time playing outside, talking to the deer and rabbits that came to visit. We even saw some turkey vultures! Overall a solid place to stay and it’s become somewhat of a family tradition. Thank you George!

Lori’s place was just right for me on a quick trip up to NY for the weekend. It was very comfortable and cozy. She was very helpful and communicative as well. If I decide to go back and explore the city I’ll definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Bill and Lois’ place! Their neighborhood is so peaceful and we were glad we had time to take a walk while we were in town because it was really lovely. The place itself was very comfortable and had so many great amenities (laundry, parking, etc.). The bed was incredibly comfortable and it was so kind of them to provide breakfast. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this spot!

A beautiful large two bedroom apartment with living room and kitchen. They’ve thought of everything you need. Highly recommend.

The place is just 3 houses away from the ferries and is really cute and comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and is half a mile from Main Street that has many great restaurants. The place does not have a kitchen although it does have a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and water dispenser, so it was perfect for saving and reheating food. The hosts were very responsive to a couple of requests that I made. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place. We have a senior at Fairfield and wish we had found this before the weekend he was graduating. Lol. Literally across the street from the university. Wonderful stay. Highly recommend and they leave breakfast as there is no convenient store nearby…an unexpected surprise. Can’t recommend enough.

Our stay at Robert’s was great. The proximity to the farmers and brewery’s and vineyards is something you can’t beat here. He had k-cups for coffee and a brita for water stocked at the apartment which is always so appreciated.

Linda’s place was perfect for Stony Brook’s graduation weekend! The location is ideal with it being about a 5 minute drive to the Ronkonkoma train station and less than 15 minutes to Stony Brook. The two bedrooms, living area, and bathroom were spacious and fit our family of five perfectly. Thank you!

Would highly recommend staying here! When we arrived, the apartment was clean, well furnished, and even featured some tasty treats in the fridge. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, we slept peacefully thru the night. The location is also within walking/biking distance to downtown Patchogue. Overall, we couldn’t ask for a better experience and would be happy to stay again on our next trip!

Tim and Lorna were excellent hosts! The place was better than expected and in a great area centrally located on the island. There were so many thoughtful little details they provided for both me and my my furbaby - from toys and a bed for him to all sorts of things we might forget when traveling (first aide kit, lint brush and so much more). The place was impeccable and very comfortable. My plans changed when I arrived and I needed up just relaxing for quite a bit of my stay and it was perfect. A very comfortable sitting area with books, games and a tv with lots of options. The bedroom was roomy and very comfortable. I slept like a baby throughout my stay as it is a nice quiet area and I barely heard anything from them as they are upstairs. There is a coffee maker, small fridge and microwave which was all I needed since I wasn’t looking to cook while away. They were very responsive when I misunderstood the instructions on how to get in. I will most certainly be back!

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Everything was well-prepared and thoughtfully arranged, which made me feel right at home. The location was great and made it easy to explore the area. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely book again on my next visit. Highly recommend!

This side unit was convenient, comfortable, and charming. We were visiting for the weekend to attend a wedding in Smithtown. Our ETA was earlier than expected and Patricia was responsive and flexible for check-in. We drove and parked on-property (also walkable to the train if needed). The instructions were easy to follow and the unit had everything we needed & more— felt at-home while still providing hotel-quality service. We appreciated that they were on-site if we needed anything. We recommend for any small group/family!

I stayed here longterm and it was a great experience. The space is nice and very cozy with a warm homey feel. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very kind and incredibly accommodating. When a couple things did come up during my stay, he handled it. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. I would definitely recommend this place.

Initial check in was a little difficult but Victor was able to accommodate us and refunded us for any issues. The location was great, peaceful, and beautiful. Distance from attractions was also convenient. Very comfortable.

The property is terrific and checks all the boxes anyone would look for, but the star is really Stephanie, the owner. My girlfriend and I were in a very tight spot after leaving a VRBO property almost immediately upon arrival after we ran into misrepresentation and serious cleanliness issues. Stephanie was not only incredibly flexible in allowing us to book on basically zero notice, she showed up at 7 pm - like, 15 minutes after booking - to let us in with a freaking bottle of wine and snacks. On the night before we left, we mentioned we might want to bring our dog to the beach with us the last day but couldn’t find beaches...*she went and tracked down dog-friendly beaches.* The list goes on. She went out of her way again and again throughout the weekend, turning a potential disaster into a relaxing and delightful weekend. Hosts like her are why AirBNB thrives. I can only think of two other customer service experiences in my life that fall in the same category of effort. In short: property is solid (as well as good value for the area), host is spectacular. You won’t be sorry to book this spot.

Had a great stay! The unit had dedicated parking, private entrance, good light for a basement apartment. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and well appointed with all of the essentials. The bedrooms were spacious and also well appointed. The living area was comfortable and included cable TV. The hosts were very proactive and helpful on their communications. The location is a quiet neighborhood, a short drive to restaurants, Main Street and the beaches. Overall, excellent stay and would be glad to stay again on my next visit to East Hampton!

Perfect location - easy 3 minute drive into town, or walkable in 15-20 minutes. Quiet location with private space and a little area to sit out on the porch. Highly recommend for a couple or similar looking for a getaway close to the beach and town!

We loved the apartment! It was so clean and comfortable. Brooke was always responsive!!! We walked every day to Sacred Heart University for our residency! 5 Star all the way! Was so nice!!!!

Great place to stay! Clean, quiet, and comfortable with everything I needed. Beautiful Bayview Beach was right at the end of the block - a lovely neighborhood to walk around in. Mougeh was a responsive and helpful host. I'd definitely stay again!

Quaint little apartment attached to a ranch house, leading right out to the back pool and hot tub and enough space inside to spread out a little. It was a solid choice for a long weekend, just a short distance from town. The beach pass is a nice perk.
