From the beginning of my booking Adam provided a real friendliness to ensure we had a great visit. Went the extra mile to help with getting situated with a 2 year old...and I would recommend this place to ANYone. It was perfect beach vibe with an amazing pool, great bikes/chairs/etc for enjoyment...and it's a 5 min walk to town (for the true Montauk experience). Loved it and thank you Adam!!!

Ashton’s house a very comfortable and extremely clean home. It is spacious, allowed tremendous privacy and met our needs perfectly for an amazing family vacation. Everything was just as explained with no surprises. Great stay and a very accommodating host.

Our family of four just had a very nice stay. The house is located in a pretty part of the Springs near Louse point. We enjoyed making meals in the well equipped kitchen and eating outside on the patio. And when we were too lazy to make food there are a lot of convenient options nearby in Amagansett or the Springs.

Gorgeous house and property that is even better than the photos. Like other reviews have mentioned, the highway noise in the backyard is definitely present, but easy enough to ignore. Really enjoyed our stay and communication was great!

Our family had the most amazing weekend at this home. Benjamin was very responsive and accommodating. There was not a detail missed in the home and outdoor environments. Even though it rained we had a full day of entertainment at the home. You will not be disappointed.

Just returned from an awesome stay at Travis’s cottage. Travis and Morgan are great hosts and were very helpful with providing local suggestions and prompt communication. The property is great and was the perfect home base for our first trip to the North Fork. The location is ideal: quiet, charming, and centrally located to everything (wineries, beaches, breweries, farms, and great restaurants in Mattituck and the nearby towns). As a family with two young kids (6 y/o and 18 months), the fenced yard was a huge bonus - private, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing while the kids played safely. The house itself is cozy, clean, and full of character. We’d absolutely stay again on our next visit to the area.

My friends and I booked Renee’s place for a relaxing getaway weekend. The house was exactly what we needed, clean, private, and full of everything we needed. Renee was responsive and flexible and overall just a wonderful host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Ashley’s house is the perfect get away. I booked this house for my family to stay for my wedding weekend. My mom had never stayed in an Airbnb before and I’ve never seen her so happy and relaxed. She truly enjoyed her first Airbnb experience at Ashley’s place. It was exactly as described and the view is beautiful. Ashley was very responsive and made sure to answer any questions I had.

A fenced-in slice of Hamptons heaven where both dogs and humans roamed free and happy. It’s basically a resort if your resort includes wagging tails, wine within walking distance, and a private mini movie theater for when socializing gets… exhausting. Days were spent by pool , nights were hot tub therapy. 10/10 would trade city stress for this fenced paradise again.

Marta could not have been more accommodating! She was responsive and provided everything we needed. She even went the extra mile and insta cart-ed garbage bags and paper towels when we ran out. She could not have been a kinder host! We had the best weekend and would HIGHLY recommend staying at Marta’s place! We will definitely be back!

We stayed for our honeymoon - long weekend and first time Hamptons visitors. Very clean, organized and cozy space with nice decorations. All amenities listed were available. We really enjoyed the hot tub and firepit, very peaceful and private area. You should have a car to get around to restaurants, shops, and other outdoor activities. Lots of areas were walking, bike, and scooter friendly. There were so many beautiful views of the water!! Would stay here again, great value.

Mike is a great host with helpful recommendations and plenty of advice. The house is amazing. Well located, calm, clean and so convenient. The pool is huge and very deep. Everything is perfect. Felt like at home. We will be back

We had the best weekend! The place was safe, clean and easy to find and close to all the local shops. There was no hose to clean off the outside chairs so that we could lounge and the Pool did need some cleaning (the scooper there was broken) but we did what we could! Minor details honestly. All in all I give 5 starts because the host was fantastic and the home was beautiful. Hope to stay there again in the future!!!

My husband, our dogs, and I just returned home after spending a month at Sarah's house on Long Island. we truly didn't want to leave, it was so relaxing! The lousy May weather notwithstanding, the property was absolutely perfect for us. Everything was as described and we felt right at home. Sarah was super proactive/responsive. While we were only able to use the pool a couple of times (weather), it was great and the spa was awesome, especially in the evening under the pretty lights in the backyard! There were great spaces to work (hubby didn't have the full month off like I did) and to just chill. The house is located near many conveniences (I'm looking at you, Walmart) to pick up necessities and while we didn't cook for ourselves quite a bit, we were thrilled that unlike at home, the food delivery services were fast, reliable, and everything arrived at the perfect temperature! we can't say enough good things about our stay and will definitely be returning!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood. Heated pool and the hot tub were the highlights of the trip. Aida is super responsive and friendly

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this spot and Monika. This is our second stay- my husband, toddler, dog and I loved it last summer and came back. The back sliding doors open onto a porch where birds chirp and visit all day. The bright green lawn under towering trees is perfect for playtime or a family picnic. Little touches of thoughtfulness and charm are just everywhere. Monika’s hospitality is unparalleled- snacks and a handwritten note upon arrival, homemade treats throughout our stay, and nearly instant responses. Without being asked, she even sent us a hand-drawn walking route for a dog and baby and directions for getting there. Beaches, playgrounds, town centers, bagels etc are a short drive. The street is busy so wouldn’t go for a nearby walk necessarily but thats pretty standard throughout the Hamptons. For parents of young kids: FYI there isn’t laundry, but truthfully I just packed more- that’s how much we liked it. A laundromat is also nearby tho!

We had a great stay! The house was pristine and the kitchen was very well stocked. The cottage was very close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away for a beach vacation!

This is the second time we stayed at Kim’s. It was another pleasant experience. Kim is responsive and easy-going. Her home is welcoming and very dog-friendly. We love that Kim has beach access and it is walking distance. The convenience of her home being close to Southampton and Sag Harbor restaurants and shops is a plus. Thanks for having us, Kim. The pictures really don’t do it justice , the place is adorable. The kitchen has all new appliances, and it has every amenity you could need for a long or short stay.

April was very accommodating and was able to provide her place at last minute for Memorial Day weekend at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend. She was also very responsive.

We brought our dog and enjoyed the fenced in yard. There was a beach that was dog friendly about a 15 minute walk away. The living room was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. There is a major road right next to the home which was a little loud at times but nothing crazy. I’d recommend it to others.

Lovely place for a long weekend with family! The house was pristine, up to date, charming, and all the linens were fresh and clean. It was very well stocked with kitchen essentials and books and toys for kids. Location also prime with a private beach a 10 min walk away. The only minor issue we had was an issue with the pool heating (it being the 1st pool weekend of the year) but this was sorted out promptly. Would happily stay there again!

Spent to my birthday here with my husband, dogs and toddler. Had my gender reveal birthday cake, outback under the sunset. Truly magical.✨ The backyard was ideal. Was able to tie the dogs to the deck with a 20 foot leash. It kept them contained to the backyard & away from beach goers on foot and other dogs. The dunes kept the backyard private you’re not staring at your neighbors. Felt so secluded. I also have some mobility issues and you couldn’t ask for an easier way to enjoy the beach & get your toes in the sand. The house & deck are spacious and easy to navigate with a walker. Was able to add extra days to our stay. Would 100% stay here again.
