We had a great week at the accommodation and felt completely comfortable. Hubertina and Bernard are very pleasant hosts, you feel at home. The little cottage is very cozy and stylishly furnished, everything is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped, we often cooked. The stairs to the bedroom have narrow steps and are steep, so you have to be careful. There is a lot to discover in the area and we got great tips. We are more than happy to recommend.

The location is perfect for discovering the area, the accommodation is very clean and well-equipped. Excellent communication and nice attention with gifts on the table when we arrived. Everything was perfect.

The whole family had a pleasant time, as well as our dog, with this beautiful landscaped garden. Françoise is very pleasant and responsive at the same time when you need her! Beautiful new house, tastefully decorated and fully fenced , perfectly matching the photos and description on the site . In 3 words:: Everything was perfect! We really appreciated Simon's welcome, his quick responsiveness , never waiting for a response or a request . He's a just adorable host who does and will do everything to make us happy . Note that his dad is also very kind because he put the small fence near the garage to "close" the palisade so that the land is fully fenced , happiness for us who had a small dog!! Rental not to be missed under any circumstances , happiness, the sweetness of time , kindness are in Theix Noyalo! If Simon could have other pretty houses to rent: with your eyes closed , we would sign!!!!!!

The accommodation is very well renovated, decorated with great taste and offers all the necessary comfort. The view of the port is magnificent, a real plus to fully enjoy the stay. The garage is also very nice. Only small downside: the apartment is located just above a bar, which can cause noise nuisance in the evening, especially on weekends. This can be a nuisance for people seeking peace and quiet.

Listing matches photos. This one is functional. Very good quality bedding. Good initiative the boxes with inside the necessary products (bathroom and kitchen products) of quality during the stay. There is also a box with 2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags and sugar. Garage appreciated. We'll be back...

"Our holiday favorites" We had a great stay at Jean-Yves's. The apartment is very well equipped, and very pleasant to live in. We loved having our coffee on the terrace in the morning in the sun. The decor is chic and elegant and Jean-Yves gave us recommendations as soon as we arrived. The elevator and parking space are a little extra. If you are passing through the area, we recommend the small Thai restaurant 3 km away. My thailand. The green curry is succulent.

And I liked the small apartment very much, everything worked out very well and the location is great. Highly recommended

Weekend goal on Vannes as a couple. Very good value for money, very good communication. We recommend it. It's not big but for 2 to sleep... everything is there. Even the caramels, so perfect for our goal. Oyster hut not far for the aperitif. Perfect.
