The spacious living room with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-person Canadian canoe and our 3 bicycles are available for rent at a reasonable price.

New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Kitchen with microwave and a bathroom. Een fantastische plek om als uitvalsbasis te benutten, te werken of tot rust te komen. Er zijn 2 fietsen beschikbaar voor gasten. Er is een groot groen erf en een boomgaard. We hebben: kippen, haan, een paar schapen en een lieve hond (stabij). 0verig: is op de begane grond, gratis parkeren.

By car, the accommodation is easily accessible, a short distance from Juliana Square, where the A7 and A28 intersect. Free parking on own property.

The Tiny House is one of two Tiny Houses on our property at the end of a dead-end road. Be welcome!
