A special neighborhood for self-catering in the Fichtelgebirge holiday region: in the romantic circus trailer from 1926 overlooking the Egertal. In nature, with lots of wood, a cozy cuddle corner, an ideal retreat for one person or two. The shower is located in a separate bath cart with sink, composting toilet and shower.

Leave your everyday life behind and enjoy the pleasant tranquility, the scent of wood, the soft light, and the crackling fireplace. Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

Idyllically located apartment in a small village with rural character, near the Czech border with a combined kitchen/living room and bedroom and separate entrance on the ground floor of a residential building. In the bedroom there is a box spring double bed, a 1.40 m wide bed and a cot can be provided upon request. In the eat-in kitchen there is a sofa bed. Bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet. There is a terrace for exclusive use.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. It has a separate entrance and two free parking spaces. The city of Selb is about 6.5 km away. It is a 2-room apartment on two floors for 1-5 people. (6 people are possible on request)
