Our converted barn in landscaped gardens, has two double bedrooms, the main having cast iron free standing bath. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds. The open plan kitchen and living space is an ideal living area, with another quiet sitting room on the first floor overlooking the gardens, our house being adjacent. We also have a 7kW EV charging point.

Grantham Loft

Grantham Loft is a 2 bedroom first floor flat situated in the heart of Boroughbridge. Spacious & stylishly decorated, with free wifi & parking. Boroughbridge has a fine selection of shops & pubs and is only a couple of minutes drive from the A1. There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and pots. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed & one a double bunk bed and single above, plus comfy lounge & large TV.

Fig Tree Cottage

Off the main street in the small historic village of Linton-on-Ouse which lies close to the national trust property of Beningborugh Hall and within 30 mins drive of York, Harrogate, Knaresborough and Ripon. The area provides open countryside which is popular with cyclists and walkers. “Fig Tree Cottage” is a recently completed conversion project finished to a high modern standard providing quality accommodation. There are a couple of pubs and the Lock House Pub serves food and takeaways.

The Annexe is in the picturesque village of Crayke, surrounded by beautiful views and walks in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Lots of places to explore inc National Trust Sites and Houses. Crayke is surrounded by lots of eateries and quaint market towns, whilst been only a 20 minute drive from York, a hot spot for history. Surrounding villages offer dog friendly walks including woodland, field and lake or river. Within an hour are the Yorkshire Dales and Moors.

The Annexe is located in the pretty village of Great Ouseburn, 10 minutes from the market town of Boroughbridge and a 30 minute drive from both Harrogate and York. The Annexe offers excellent value for money. Comfortable, cosy and well equipped accommodation, everything you need for a relaxing stay for a couple of days or longer. Although it is linked to my home, It is self contained with its own entrance, giving guests their freedom and privacy.

The Old Chapel in Green Hammerton

What once was a Wesleyan Chapel attached to a Church and The Old Manse, this unique place has been lovingly restored and renovated recently by ourselves. We have carefully maintained some original features whilst introducing some modern creature comforts including free guest WiFi.
